摘要註:	重工業發展基礎的高雄市，在邁入後工業城市發展階段，對於工業發展歷史脈絡的忽視，造成工業遺址成為城市失落的記憶，甚至以騰空、歸零、再開發之方式處理工業遺址，讓上世紀台灣工業城市發展特色，隨著產業轉型、外移日漸消失。如何利用工業遺址再生，保存工業城市文化特色、並重新組構產業價值，使區域活化，將是高雄都市發展與城市特色營造的重大課題。本研究藉由工業遺址相關文獻探討，並以國內外相關工業遺址再生案例分析，瞭解其工業遺址發展背景與再生歷程之要素，試圖建構工業遺址再生過程中，應需考量之面向與要點。最後本研究以位於高雄市城中心、柴山邊的工業遺址-台泥高雄廠為實證對象，目前該廠區面臨都計變更之契機，如何別於以往開發模式，透過都市週邊文化、生態、觀光資源整合與台泥企業體本身營運組織條件分析，以工業遺址再生考量下，型塑工業文化特色與產業轉型為主軸，將是高雄城市特色營造與未來其他工業遺址再發展的依循。本研究提出，工業遺址「再生」必須考量到「工業人文」、「環境生態」、「產業經濟」與「空間機能」、「地方動能」這五大面向的再生，並提出各面向在於再生操作各階段之考量要點。期望建構工業遺址再生發展的考量模式，提供工業遺址再生對於區域活化發展的新視野。 Kaohsiung City ,based on Heavy industry development, has entered the stage of post-industrial urban development. Neglecting the history of the industrial development, resulted that the industrial heritage become the loss memory of this city. Even by belonging to zero and redevelop , the city deals with and leaves the industrial factories unused. Let the characteristics of the industrial city developed in last century of Taiwan disappear day by day as the industry making transformation or moving outside. How to utilize the industrial factory unused, keep industry's urban culture characteristic, re-organize industry's value construction again, and accelerate local revitalization , it will be the great subject for building urban characteristics of Kaohsiung city in urban development. Based on previous “industrial heritage” research review, and analysed the cases related to the regeneration of international industrial heritage sites, to understand the background of its industrial site development and regeneration of the elements of the course.Try to build the main consideration aspects and points for the regeneration process of the industrial heritage sites. And then, this research site leaves the unused land - Taiwan Cement Factory in Kaohsiung, located at the centre belt of Kaohsiung, lying by Chai-shan Mountain. At present, this factory is facing the opportunity of rezoning. It will be the key point in the future for building the urban characteristic of Kaohsiung to make the industry's culture characteristic and the transformation of industry differing from the developing way in the past. According to this study, the industrial heritage regeneration must be considerd to”industrial humanity”,”enviroment”,”business”,”space function”,and”local energy”those five aspects regeneration.And advance the regeneration of the proposed operation of the various stages of consideration points.Expect to construct the pattern of thinking of the industrial heritage regeneration, and provide the new
