摘要註:	閩南式傳統民居的式樣為何？台灣早期移民來自福建泉州、漳州及粵東地區；對照目前臺灣傳統民居式樣其差異性在哪？早期移民經三百多年，因地區性氣候、材料及習俗的變遷，生活需求，社會文化亦有了變遷，同時反映社會文化的建築其型式也就與原鄉的形式有了差異，由原本的四合院轉變成三合院式，諸多建築語彙，魯班尺、門公尺、尺白、寸白、風水禁忌，工法構造，在社會文化習俗遞變下也有不同的詮釋。在日據時期新的工法及新的材料引進更脫了原鄉的形式，表面為當時摩登的造型，內部仍然是傳統配置構造，這是當時文化的衝擊與無奈。然而在百年盤旋少有變異的傳統民居型式卻在現代工業化下竟煙消雲散，傳統古厝無法承受現代生活的需求一一在現實情況下被拆毀，如何維繫歷史的過程，讓先民生活的記得永遠維繫下去是我們重要的課題。本研究透過文獻探討及實際案例分析，針對後勁地區與鄰近地區之傳統建築案例及匠師營造系統性之比較分析，試圖說明其關鍵性之比較同點即在地材料與作法之發展使用邏輯。 What is the traditional Southern Fukien residential style? Early Taiwan immigrants camefrom Fukien “Chun Zho”, “Zhuang Zho” and eastern Canton area, compared with currentTaiwanese residential style, what are the differences?It’s been more than three hundred years that since the first immigrant from China toTaiwan, due to the evolution in weather, building material and conventionality, changes in lifestyle and society culture difference. Because of the drastic changes in all aspects, it reflectson the building style as well, from the original four-section compound to three-sectioncompound, many architecture vocabulary like Lu-Bun ruler, Mung-Gong Ruler, Ruler-White,Inch-White, taboo for feng shui, way of constructing also change their expressions due to thechanges of culture and custom evolvement.During the period of Japanese colony, the infusion of Japanese construction andimported material from Japan pushed the original way of building techniques even furtheraway. It was considered to be modernized to make exterior design as Japanese style but stillfollowed traditional ways for interior design. This is an inevitable impact on culture causedby being a colony of Japan.Hundreds of years past by, traditional housing style rarely changes but are in extinctiondue to contemporary industrialization. Traditional houses are destroyed because they nolonger can provide the functionality of current living style.It’s an important task and subject on how to continue the maintenance of history traceand keep record on how our ancestors live in the past.This research is based on referring available documentations and practical case studies.It focused on the traditional housing buildings available in HouJing and its neighboring areas and performed comparison analysis for building construction, its systems and techniques. Italso comprehensively demonstrates the major difference and key similar points. It alsolayouts detail analysis on the evolvement for material usage and construction methodologies.
