建壩蓄水是臺灣水資源開發的主軸,壩基為軟弱岩盤時,需對自然壩基做人工處理,以達設計安全要求,而提昇基礎強度及降低基礎透水性的主要工法是灌漿。但因地下壩基岩盤的獨特複雜性,致使壩基灌漿量大小難估算,所以根據已完成壩基灌漿的資料,來分析灌漿成效並探討出一估算灌漿量的方法有其必要性。本研究工址為寶山第二水庫,其壩基出露之地層屬軟弱年輕頭嵙山層香山相砂泥岩,此種岩石普遍具有固結差和膠結不良特性,經開挖暴露解壓後產生風化,工程上的地質為軟弱地層,因此施工前需進行壩基隔幕灌漿。本研究採用迴歸分析探討坡向、高程、透水值、弱面等影響因子對水泥灌漿量的影響。進一步建立決策樹流程圖進行判別,尋找判別灌漿量大小初略之規則。根據決策樹分析顯示較佳影響因子為坡向、高程、透水值,依決策樹分類後產生機率較高的結果顯示,當灌漿位置位於逆向坡、高程高於100公尺、透水值低於40時,呈現吃漿量小(6kg/m)情況,當位置低於高程100公尺(河床區)、透水值高於40,則有吃漿量大(18kg/m)情況。 During the construction of the dam, the improvement of dam foundation is one of the important issues. The major method to enhance the intensity of dam foundation and lower the permeability is grouting. However, the properties of rock mass are often complicated, and the amount of the foundation grouting is difficult to estimate. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the results of grouting and find a way to predict the grouting amount according to the geological data of the dam.The grouting result of Paoshan second dam is studied in this research. The stratum of dam foundation is the weak Toukoshan Formation, and it is mainly composed of sandstone and mudstone. The characteristics of such rock are poor cemented and high porous. Owing to the disadvantages, lots of curtain grouting was adopted to improve the foundation during the dam construction.In this research, the single variable regressive method was firstly adopted to find the relations between the grouting amount and the influence factors, including the elevation, the aspect, the Lugeon value, the weak planes and so on. Then, the decision tree method was used to establish the grouting quantity principle. According to the results, it shows (a) when the grouting site is on anaclinal slope, the elevation is higher than 100 m, and the Lugeon value is less than 40, these conditions will cause low amount of grouting (6kg/m); (b)when the elevation is lower than 100 m, and the lugeon value is more than 40, they will cause more grouting amount (18kg/m).
