摘要註:	本研究基於對博物館的演進與思潮之轉變、生態博物館發展歷程與理念之文獻探討，對國內外生態博物館案例探討，以及對黃金博物園區發展現況之調查，透過對居民與園方人員之訪談，提出園區在生態博物館實踐上「狹義生態性」之現象與問題分析。黃金博物園區本身雖欲朝向生態博物館模式發展，但因未提供民眾足夠的參與機制，導致未能完整忠實地反映金瓜石當地居民所認同之歷史脈絡與人文關懷，居民亦反應園區未能真正回饋地方發展之所需。再者，園區因籌備過程所投入的時間與研究的時間太短，導致舊建物再利用模式、展示內容規劃設計等業務似乎較依賴專業者之建議，未能透過深化與金瓜石居民的互動關係，廣為徵詢金瓜石居民、地方文史工作者、以及礦業從業人員、礦工等人的建議，再審慎決定博物館呈現的風格與內容，導致居民對於園區舊建物再利用模式與展示內容有許多方面並不認同。在園區與地方發展的關係上，園方受限於組織層級與權限，以及有限的人力與經費預算，無法積極提振地方遊憩產業。在金瓜石土地權屬方面，由園區與社區的長程發展來看，園區尚未能扮演一個積極的「平台」角色，將相關問題彙整呈報縣政府，再由縣政府組織一個強而有力的策略研擬與執行的任務編組團隊，集結土地權屬與管理之相關機關，共同研商金瓜石土地權屬之解決辦法。在建築與景觀的管理上，金瓜石仍亟需一套縝密的管理建物高度、容積率、甚至色彩、材質等建築與景觀語彙的辦法，方可保存金瓜石建物沿著山勢與天際線協調配置的聚落環境特色。目前園區僅是在展示上呈現金瓜石生態環境、歷史發展與文化等內容，本研究因此界定黃金博物園區僅是做到「狹義的生態博物館實踐」，距離真正的生態博物館理念的實踐，尚有需要努力與修正的方向。　　Based on the review of museum development, ecological museum development, case study on ecological museums in Taiwan and worldwide, as well as the survey and interviews of the Gold Ecological Park, this research analyses the phenomena and issues regarding the incompletely ecological practice of the Gold Ecological Park. The Gold Ecological Park intended to follow the development model of ecological museums. However it did not provide appropriate mechanism for local participation. This led to the museum representation not authentically reflecting local recognition of historical context and cultural significance. The local also reflected that the Park did not repay for the local development. Moreover, due to the rush planning procedure, the ways of re-use of old buildings and museum exhibitions more relied on professionals. The Park did not considerately choose the style and contents of museum representations by enhancing the interrelationship with the locals to acquire the suggestions from Jinguashi’s residents, local cultural and historical workers, and former miners. This led to the limited consensus of residents on the exhibitions and re-use of old buildings. On the aspect of local development, the Park did not effectively promote tourist industry due to the limited political power, personnel and budget. On the aspect of land right, the Park did not play an active role to report the issues to the county government that should associate relative institutions for searching strategies to resolve the issues in this regard.
