摘要註:	分析國內外現有建築物相關單位網站，了解目前相關單位網站較少提供建築物病症診斷、維護修繕等線上服務及功能，而有此功能服務者，也偏屬單一領域的專業服務，並無整合建築物所有病症相關資訊。再利用問卷調查方式獲知民眾對建築物維護修繕資訊的來源管道。綜合以上內容得知目前國內建築物整建維護修繕之資訊及服務需求，再透過學者、建築醫師及專業網站製作人員之專家訪談，歸納出建築醫院網站的內容、形式等建議，作為建築醫院網站規劃依據。本研究建構岀建築醫院網站，提供整合式的建築物健診服務，如：症狀查詢、健康百科、線上問診、建築醫師實地看診及優質廠商名單等功能服務。並實際上線運作後發現網站之缺失，調整改進缺失並擴充網站資料內容，再開放供一般民眾使用。透過建築醫院網站的服務功能，以達到改善目前專業分散、單位過多之情形，進而提升建築設施的健康與延壽，積累優質的社會資產，並作為建築資訊整合先驅。 Before we design the Building Hospital Website, we examined and analyzed most of the websites of building-related organizations and we found that they hardly support on-line services such as diagnosing building defects, building maintenance and repair. Even if they do, they provide only single-dimensioned service, but not overall collaborated building information. Also we learned how people acquire the information of building maintenance and repair through questionnaire. The analysis of the statements above can be concluded as the necessary requirements of developing a full-scaled website which provides knowledgeable information of building maintenance and repair. In order to maintain the objectiveness of the website, we invite scholars, Building Doctors, and professional website designers to join the project. And through their discussions and opinions, we try to perfect the modification of the Building Hospital Website.We design an actual Building Hospital Website and it provides the comprehensive building health check services, such as symptom check, building health encyclopedia, on line interrogation enquiry, building outpatient services on location, and recommended contractors. We will put it online for academic research and further adjust and expand the website before it is open for public use.We hope to re-integrate the dispersed building professions and organizations through the use of the Building Hospital Website, also to prolong the lifespan of buildings, accumulate beneficial social assets, and be a forerunner who provides the complete integrated building information.
