本論文探討三明治防火牆板及其關鍵彎鉤扣件的力學性質。三明治防火牆板為組合屋的一種元件,其面板為剛硬的不銹鋼板,而心材的材質為相對柔軟的PU發泡材,牆板間的連結機制主要是依靠預埋在PU心材之扣件-彎鉤;一般此形式組合屋的損壞為彎鉤被扯離或嚴重變形所引起,因此研究重點在於分析彎鉤及PU心材的材料性質。本研究以實驗室人工拌合的方式製作不同條件的PU發泡材試體,將試體個別用影像識別程式作影像處理得到孔隙率,以此比對各試體的抗壓試驗結果可以發現孔隙率與強度(楊氏係數Young’s Modulus,E值)之間有著明顯的正相關性,若改變試體條件用同樣實驗方法將結果建立資料庫,將來可以以非破壞性的檢測方式依據孔隙率輸出強度資料。彎鉤部分以數值分析為主,利用有限元素軟體建立等效模型,藉以分析彎鉤的破壞強度,研究發現一般尤拉樑(Euler Beam)理論並不適用三明治板梁,而有限元素數值分析可得與實驗相符的結果。對於外層鋼板而言,雖然PU發泡材柔軟許多,但對整體三明治防火牆板來說卻不可或缺;模擬已有了初步的結果,將來對於彎鉤的改良或應用到整體的組合屋結構分析,都可以有相當的幫助。 The present study is to investigate mechanical properties of a fire-resistance sandwich panel along with its hook connector on which the structural behavior is sensitively dependent. A sandwich panel is made of one PU (Polyurethane-elastomer) core and two stainless steel cover plates. One of the most popular reasons for such panel to fail during service, is that the hook connector fails to support the tensile force exerted by another panel, and is pulled out of the PU core. Although the stress level of PU core is much less than that in steel cover or hook, most of the strain energy is absorbed by PU due to its massive volume and highly deformable body and its strength is therefore playing an important roll. Moreover, the strength of the PU core is approximately linear to the cavity rate. To evaluate the strength of porous PU material, an image processing computer code is developed. Strength of PU core and hook connector system can be estimated through such program, numerical analysis, and some lab tests. It is found that, the traditional Euler beam theory is not suitable for this sandwich structure. On the other hand, the finite element method is an appropriate way to obtain results in good agreements with those obtained by lab tests.
