    摘要註: 由於大型公共建設及公共衛生的需求,彩色鍍鋅鋼片產品逐漸往防蟲抗菌的技術發展,以建立多元的塗裝產品。本實驗以日本JIS Z 2801︰2000 抗菌檢驗方法對鍍鋅鋼片進行測試,其抗菌測試的結果與台灣檢驗科技股份有限公司(Society General de Surveillance, SGS)測試的結果相比,證明檢測具有相對的驗證力。另依台灣環保署所制定的環境衛生用藥噴霧藥效檢測法「玻璃箱法-(NIEAD924.00C)」加以修飾,完成防蟲的檢驗,並實際應用在防蟲鋼片的驗證上。在摻入4%銀粉至PE塗料中塗抹約20μm 的厚度,於230℃中烘烤25 秒,冷卻後清洗吹乾,調製的抗菌鋼片其抑菌率都可達到大於2 以上,在測試穩定性上即使歷經多達連續100 次的試驗也能呈現良好的抗菌效果。最後,也完成以三種除蟲菊成分配方的防蟲鋼片,取適量防蟲配方摻入PE 塗料中,塗抹約20μm的厚度,於200℃中烘烤30 秒,淬水降溫、吹乾,證明三種配方調配的防蟲效果皆很理想。其中又以『X』防蟲鋼片優於其它二者;以模擬延遲老化一年、二年、三年條件下的防蟲鋼片,以及耐磨耗試驗相比,驗證其附著性亦十分良好。最後將抗菌及防蟲鋼片以探討溫度最適化及塗裝條件和完成產線試製鍍鋅鋼片間附著性及耐蝕性的檢測及完成與SGS 檢測的比對。 Because of large-scale public construction and public health demand, galvanized steel product toward insect proof and antibacterial technological development, to establish multi-dimensional painting product gradually. This experiment completes Japanese JIS Z 2801:2000 antibacterial inspectionprocedures and carries on the test, its antibacterial test's result and (Society General de Surveillance, SGS) test's result compares, proved that the examination also has the relative confirmation strength. In addition,depending on environmental sanitation medication atomization drug efficacy examination law which Taiwan Environmental Protection Department formulates “glass box law - (NIEA D924.00C)” decorates,at the experiment also completes the insect proof the inspection procedure, and practical application in theinsect proof steel disk confirmation. In mixing in 4% aluminum dusting powder smudges to the PE coating in approximately 20μm thickness, bakes for 25 seconds in 230℃, after cooling, cleans to air-dry, modulation antibacterial steel disk its bacteriostasis rate may achieve is bigger than over 2, in test stability,even if after reaches the consecutively 100 experiments also to present the good antibacterial effect.Finally, completes by three pyrethrum ingredient formula insect proof steel disk, takes the right amountinsect proof formula to mix in the PE coating, smudges approximately 20μm thickness, bakes for 30 seconds in 200 ℃, the hardening temperature decrease and drying up, proved three formulas mix the insect proof effect is very ideal. And surpasses other two by 「X」 insect proof steel disk; The analogdelay gets older one year and two years and under three years condition insect proof steel disk, as well as consumes the experiment to compare wear-resisting confirms its adhesiveness to be very also good. Finally, this experiment antibacterial and insect proof steel disk discusses the most suitable paintingcondition between the temperature and completes to produce the line trial manufacturing galvanization steel disks the adhesiveness and corrosion resistance examination and completes with the SGS examination compared to right.
