摘要註:	都市的形成過程是產業活動有所關聯，產業於都市中呈現不同的組合關係；都市（區域）發展與產業發展的關係中，主導型產業帶動地方的成長；即產業的成長促進都市的發展。透過對產業發展及空間分布影響的觀察，許多重要的城市已成為全球經濟體系運作的重要節點；為人流、物流、資金流以及資訊流的交匯及控制中心。（金家禾，2003）全球化所引發的產業空間分佈變動以及所造成的都市產業結構變遷已成為研究都市結構變化的重要議題。產業發展引導著都市發展，現今從臺北都會的產業發展板塊來看，臺北市東區內湖、南港一帶所形成的網絡為重點發展的地帶。臺北科技走廊要能持續發展，首先，要看到的前導型產業－知識型密集產業；要提升知識密集型產業的產值首先便是著重在技術方面的成長與投入。本研究藉由資料包絡分析法，分析內湖科技園區以及南港軟體工業區的知識密集型產業生產效益；目前，兩區的產業網絡已形成並且產生群聚效應，但其間互動並不密切，廠商之間的交流並不頻繁，成為發展阻礙。就群聚理論的構成因素來看，要成為前導性產業的基本要件在於人力資源、技術資源、金融設施、基礎設施、稅收環境與自然資源的各項影響。本研究主要討論的主體產業－知識密集型產業，其所需要的基本要件除了人群的集聚外，尚需要技術的培養與水準的提升；於是，內湖科技園區與南港軟體工業區從空間需求概念看來，需著重於整體環境對於生活條件的要求，如：與鄰近各區或是中心地區的交通聯繫或是人才資訊的培養基地，週遭環境的生活機能…等等。臺北科技走廊對於內湖科技園區以及南港軟體工業區所設定的發展定位，依據本研究的實証結果；內湖科技園區要做為企業總部聚集設立的角色的話，開發腹地會是關鍵因子。南港軟體工業區則以知識密集型服務業的發展以及人力資料供給的相關設施，為關鍵因子的存在。 City of the development process have relation with the variety of the industry activity. The industry presents the different combination relations in the metropolis. According to observed industry development and spatial distribution. Many important cities have become the global economic system operation and the important node in the world. They are aggregate and control center of the cash flow, logistics and information flow . The globalization initiates the industry spatial distribution change as well as creates the metropolis industrial structure vicissitude. It is an important subject about the motropolis structural chang. The purpose of this research is to understand the production gain benefit analysis of the high-tech industrial park in Taipei metropolitan area. The driven industrial is knowledge-intensive industry. If we want to raise up the knowledge-intensive industry, we must emphatically in the technical aspect growth and the investment. This research use the data en-development analysis（DEA）,to benefit from production gain in Taipei Neihu technology park and Nankang software park.Based on this research real diagnosis result, the Taipei Neihu technology park and Nankang software park development establishes by Taipei Tech Corridor. More space is the key point in Taipei technology park development. The key point in Nankang software park is to develop the place where can supplies the human training.
