摘要註:	隨著科技日新月異，促使競爭環境日趨激烈。為了在全球市場佔有一席之地並且維持企業競爭力，如何活用企業內部的智慧資本及協同創新機制便成了重要的課題。觀乎以往對於智慧資本的相關研究，較多偏重於各資本構成內涵及價值評估，相對缺乏探討智慧資本與協同創新兩者間的關聯性。本研究的目的在於探討智慧資本對於協同創新所帶來的影響性，透過兩者間各項要素的整合，建構關聯性模式，期望能對彼此間的相關性有更深一層的暸解。本研究以參與中鋼主導之研發聯盟之廠商為研究對象來深入探討智慧資本與協同創新的關連性。首先依據智慧資本相關文獻，歸納出三項影響協同創新運作的智慧資本類型，分別是人力資本、結構資本、社會資本。其次參考協同創新相關文獻，根據企業參與協同創新所欲達成的目的，將廠商參與協同創新的模式分為成本降低型、品質改善型、價值提升型、價值創造型。最後依據各項所產生的效益評估指標，來探討智慧資本在協同創新過程中所帶來的影響性。經過深入訪談與整理分析訪談資料後，本研究提出了智慧資本與協同創新兩者間的關連性模型和若干項命題，透過這些命題與模型，可以了解智慧資本在協同創新的過程中將扮演著重要的角色，此外，在訪談過程中亦發現，在參與協同創新中，有部分智慧資本需求情形是參與廠商須特別注意的，業者必須評估參與協同創新所需的智慧資本後，方能在協同創新過程中獲得較大的收穫。 Rapid advance of technology has brought to us intense competition. To compete in the global market and obtain the competition advantages, how to wisely use Intellectual capital and Collaborative Innovation have become the main subjects in the enterprises. As insights from previous studies about intellectual capital focused more on the content and value evaluation. profound discussion in the relationships between Intellectual capital and Collaborative Innovation was relatively in a dearth.The purpose of this research is to explore the impact of Intellectual capital and Collaborative Innovation.This research tries to integrate the factors of Intellectual capital and Collaborative Innovation and builds the relationship model.Finally,this study hopes to know the relationships between Intellectual capital and Collaborative Innovation deeply.The study adopts the firms participating China Steel’s R&D consortia to look into the the relationships between Intellectual capital and Collaborative Innovation. First, based on literatures of Intellectual capital, this study figures out three types of Intellectual capital which will affect the benefit of Collaborative Innovation . Results indicate that “Human capital” , “Structural capital” , “Social capital” are three types of Intellectual capital. Then , based on literatures of Collaborative Innovation , this investigation separates Collaborative Innovation into four types－“Cost Down”, “Quality Improvement” , “Value Promotion” , “Value Creation” from the targets which the participants want to achieve. Finally, the research takes the performance indices to discuss the influences that the Intellectual capital bring into the Collaborative Innovation process. In the end , the relationships model and five propositions have been developed from this research and case analysis. According to these five propositions and the relationships model, we can understanding that Intellectual capital play an important role in the Collaborative Innovation process. Besides , we found some items of Intellectual capital will directly affect the Collaborative Innovation. The enterprises have to consider the demand items of Intellectual capital when they want to participate different Collaborative Innovation types so that they can get maximum benefit in the Collaborative Innovation process.
