摘要註:	在知識經濟的時代，為使組織管理更具效能，把「資訊科技」及「網際網路」導入管理理念及方法中是必然的趨勢，此一概念運用在學校體系中，透過行政管理資訊系統的應用，整合校內資源及行政組織功能，以增進行政效率，即是「校務行政資訊化」。本研究以東莞台商子弟學校為研究對象，透過文件分析及深度訪談，從COBIT（Control Objectives for Information and related Technology）四大構面檢視海外學校「從無到有，從有到整合」的校務行政資訊化之歷程。研究結果建議：(一)資訊化過程應考量內部、外部及「人、機、系統」等因素；(二) 校務行政資訊化應透過「由上而下建置，由下而上推動」的機制；(三) 校務行政資訊化應導入企業制度化原則，並施以學校教育人性化思維之策略，成功打造出創新性系統整合完善的資訊環境。 Upon the knowledge economic era, it is one of the most important strategies to adopt Internet and Information Technology (IT) for the enhancement of organizational management performance. The school administration computerization is to effectively integrate organizational functions and inner-organization sources for the management efficacy. This thesis conducts a case study that collects data to analyze how administration computerization of Taiwan Businessmen’s Dongguan School is designed and implemented. The analysis technique is based on the principle of COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology). The data is collected by interviewing school managers. Research results suggest that (1) the computerization process should consider inside factors, outside factors, and human-machine-system factors; (2) computerization should develop a mechanism that defines regulations both of top-down planning and of bottom-up execution; (3) computerization should provide an information environment that adopts enterprise operation principles and human development strategy to successfully establish an innovative integrated information system for school administration.
