    摘要註: 博物館經常被視為都市發展的重要指標,以及重要政策推動的促進者,在許多環保節能議題的展覽推出後,已開始注意到因定期展覽活動所衍生的「減廢」與「再利用」的問題,特別是裝修木質展示器具(以下簡稱為展具),經常於一次消費後即成為廢棄物,又因為體積龐大、表面複合塗裝、修改成本條件與意願問題,鮮少被循環再利用。 國立科學工藝博物館(以下簡稱為科工館)在高雄都會型公園用地與中央直屬社教機構單位的特殊地位上,一直以優異的行政績效為獨特形象,陸續推行ISO9001服務認證,以及延伸展覽生命力的巡迴展,並積極的建立展示資源庫房的管理機制,發揮其面積寬廣的特色優勢。 本研究結合廢棄物回收研究、永續設計的檢討與生命週期中環境衝擊評估工具,針對科工館木質展具由廢棄物變成資源品的現況與問題探討,透過文獻資料與實際訪談分析,對未來博物館資源再利用之推廣策略與執行方案提出建議。 第一章說明研究範圍、限制與架構;第二章從相關文獻與研究,如生命週期評估、永續設計原則、回收再利用課題進行彙整;第三章廢棄與再利用之實務探討,將調查科工館展覽作業在木質展具使用的現況及再利用需求情形;第四章深度訪談與案例分析,針對核心人物進行訪談與常用之兩組個案進行矩陣式簡約生命週期評估方法分析環境衝擊;第五章提出結論與建議,制度上須同時提升設計重新思考,將環保評估與資源再利用之需求納入發包評選條件,以進行全程改善物質循環利用;最後附錄為訪談內容紀錄。 Museums are often regarded as an important indicator of urban development, as well as government policies to promote the facilitator, in many environmental protection and energy saving and that the introduction of the exhibition has started to pay attention to because of regular exhibitions derived from the "waste reduction" and "re-use" issues, especially the decoration of wood components often after becoming the first consumer waste, and also because in size, the surface of composite coating, modify the conditions and the wishes of the cost issues, rarely recycled. National Science and Technology Museum (hereinafter referred to as Science and Industry Museum) in Kaohsiung city park land with the Central Educational institutions directly under the special status, has been outstanding administrative performance for a unique image and start to implement ISO9001 certification services, in addition to an extension of the exhibition vitality Roving Exhibition shift, the establishment of a more active display Treasury resources management mechanism to play its characteristics and advantages of a broad area. In this study, combined with study of waste recycling, sustainable design review and life cycle environmental impact assessment tools for Science and Industry Museum display components wood waste into a resource materials from the current situation and problems to explore, through literature and the actual interview analysis, the future Museum resources reuse promotion strategy and implementation program. Chapter I of the research studies to restrict the scope and structure; the second chapter from the relevant literature and research, such as life-cycle assessment, sustainable design principles, recycling subject to aggregate; Chapter III of the current situation analysis of the museum, will investigate the Science and Industry Museum exhibition operation in wood use and the use of the current situation where demand; Chapter IV case studies and interviews with key figures for interviews with the two cases of common matrix simple life-cycle analysis of environmental impact assessment methodologies; fifth chapter conclusions and recommendations environmental protection and resources to assess the demand for reuse into the contract award stage, to carry out the entire process to improve the material recycling.
