目的:瞭解國立大學學生健康體適能狀況以評估健康體適能教學介入之功效。方法:以某國立大學96學年度一、二年級修習體育課之全部學生為受測對象,扣除不完整之資料後,共計有1,166筆,進行為期一學年的體適能檢測及健康體適能教學介入,檢測項目包含:身體組成、柔軟度、肌肉適能、瞬發力、心肺適能,並依據教育部公布之體適能指導進行強化教學介入。所得資料採描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定及成對樣本 t 檢定進行分析。結果:男、女生身體質量指數、坐姿體前彎、一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐後測顯著優於前測(p<.05),但女生身體質量指數未達顯著差異(p>.05);立定跳遠及800/1,600公尺跑走則是前測顯著優於後測(p<.05),但男生立定跳遠未達顯著差異(p>.05)。在體適能常模比較上,男、女生身體質量指數及女生瞬發力水準與台灣地區大專學生相似;男、女生的柔軟度、心肺適能及男生的瞬發力水準較台灣地區大專學生低;而男、女生的肌肉適能水準則較台灣地區大專學生高。結論:男生身體質量指數、柔軟度、肌肉適能及心肺適能方面均有顯著進步。而女生身體質量指數、肌肉適能及瞬發力方面均有顯著進步,但心肺適能方面卻呈現顯著退步情形。綜合上述結果,教學介入對學生的身體質量指數、柔軟度及肌肉適能等方面具有正面影響,有助於學生健康體適能水準的提升。 Purpose: This study was designed to understand the effectiveness of education intervention on the physical fitness among students in national universities. Methods: The study subjects were 1,166 freshmen and sophomores in national universities studied physical education in the academic year of 2007. Physical fitness testing and education intervention were performed for one year. The testing items of physical fitness included body composition, flexibility, muscular fitness, power and cardiorespiratory fitness. The education intervention to strengthen physical fitness was according to the Guidance of Physical Fitness published by the Ministry of Education. Data was analyzed using the descriptive statistics, independent t test, and paired t test. α=.05 was considered to be statistically significant. Results: Body mass index, sit and reach, and one minute sit-ups after education intervention were significant better than those of before education intervention in both sexes (p < .05). However, the body mass index in the females showed no significant changes (p > .05). After education intervention, the performance in standing long jump and 800/1,600 meters run/walk became significantly worse in both sexes (p < .05). However, there was no significant change in the performance of standing long jump in the males (p > .05). Compared of the physical fitness norm with the same age College students in Taiwan, the level of body mass index in both sexes and power in the females is similar with the same age group in Taiwan. The level of flexibility and cardiorespiratory fitness in both sexes and power in the males is lower than the same age group in Taiwan. And the level of muscular fitness in both sexes is higher than the same age group in Taiwan. Conclusion: Body mass index, flexibility, muscular fitness, and cardiorespiratory fitness in males were found to have significant progress. In females, there were significant progress in the body mass index, muscular fitness, and power and significant regression in cardiorespiratory fitness. These finding indicate that there are positive effects in the body mass index, flexibility, and muscular fitness after education intervention. Education intervention of physical fitness is helpful to enhancing physical fitness among students in national universities.
