    摘要註:   於進行田口式實驗設計法時,關鍵製程(或產品)參數之決定為最重要且困難的步驟。傳統上,工程師為了實驗效率,往往僅憑經驗挑選出「值得一試」的實驗參數。然而,實務上影響品質特性的製程(或產品)參數往往有數個,且這些參數間均可能具有極高的關聯性,容易造成工程師判斷不一的衝突。  有鑑於此,本研究藉由整合「TRIZ 三十九項工程參數」及「DEMATEL」理論,建構出一套『決定實驗之關鍵參數』的演算法則,透過該演算法則可以較客觀地挑選關鍵參數,作為進行田口式實驗設計之實驗參數,並利用田口式實驗設計法來獲得最適製程(或產品)實驗參數水準組合,遂達到製程(或產品)之改善,以因應產品生命週期日益縮短與多樣化產品的市場需求與競爭力。  最後,本研究以壬酚製程中如何提昇壬酚反應率為例,說明本研究所建構的演算法則之應用,來驗證本演算法則的可行性與有效性。   Deciding the critical parameters of the process / product is considered the most important and difficult step when Taguchi Design of Experiments are used. Traditionally, engineers, concerning about experimental efficiency, select the “worth trying” parameters according to their experiences. However, the quality characteristics might be practically affected by several different parameters that could be closely related, which results in the contradictions of the engineers’ judgments.   In consequence, this study constructs the algorithm that helps decide the critical experimental parameters by integrating Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and thirty-nine engineering parameters in Teoriya Resheniya Izobretatelskikh Zadatch (TRIZ). While applied to Taguchi Design of Experiments, the algorithm selects the critical parameters objectively to obtain the optimal factor-level combination to improve the process / product in responding to the shorter and shorter product life-circle and to the marketing needs and competition of product variety.   Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm is verified in the case study that demonstrates how to improve the response rates in the Nonyl Phenol process.
