    摘要註: 在經濟全球化的潮流下及越南政府鼓勵外商投資,近年來越南進出口櫃量逐年增長對於貨櫃運輸航商而言,越南已是各家貨櫃航商的兵家必爭之地,也吸引了歐、亞、美洲、中東各航商紛紛在此配置定期航線並建立營運分公司。本研究以越南地區貨櫃運輸航商Y個案公司為研究對象透過問卷、訪談、次級資料的收集,首先利用五力分析法以了解Y 個案公司在貨櫃運輸產業優劣勢並應用策略定位與行動評估法 (The Strategic Position and Action Evaluation ; SPACE 矩陣分析法)之財務強勢、競爭優勢、環境穩定性、及產業強勢等四大構面,研究Y 個案公司之策略競爭態勢與發展方向。本研究發現:Y 個案公司其策略態勢處於攻擊態勢,但仍有同業競爭壓力高的威脅.Y個案公司對未來策略方向重點在於善用現有財務強勢來推動新航線開發,培養本地服務技術及管理幹部的能力.不斷持續創新服務以提升其競爭優勢而永續經營。 In the face of economic globalization tendency and the Vietnam government encourages foreign enterprise to invest and set up factories in Vietnam.In recent years, the volume of import and export containers have been increased year by year. For the container steam liners, Vietnam's market is getting most competitived also attracts many carriers which base in Europe, Asia, America, Middle East to establish their branch in Vietnam and launch the regular services as well . The purpose of this study is to discuss the development strategies of a container line Y in Vietnam. This case study of company Y is through questionnaires, interviews and secondary data, and utilizes Porter 5 forces analysis and the Strategic Position and Action Evaluation so called SPACE matrix analysis to build up management strategies. Company Y stays under the aggressive posture in the present time by using financial strength, competitive advantage, environmental stability and industry strength. However, it contains high intensity of rivalry among business firms. As a result, the study suggests Company Y to use existing financial strength to motivate new service development, upgrade service pattern, advance working staff vocational training, and continue R&D and innovation to new service in order to make competitive advantages and sustainable management.
