    摘要註: 推行ISO 9001及22000認證標準之實績研究-以越南台商P食品公司為例指導教授:盧昆宏 博士國立高雄大學亞太工商管理學系學生:李威毅國立高雄大學國際高階經營管理碩士在職專班摘 要越南已成為台灣海外投資主要選擇地區,加上近來「東協+1」議題發酵,台灣於越南投資也占有一席之地,然而越南因有豐富天然資然及人力資源導致投資方向大多集中以出口為導向傳統產業,如何削減貿易障礙提昇品質,最直接方法為推行ISO認證經第三公正單位來評鑑取得其合格執照。近來黑心食品氾濫,人們注意食的安全意識抬頭,作為確保食品安全品質管理系統ISO 9001已無法滿足食品業者所需要求,因此於2005年頒布ISO 22000為結合ISO 9001系統及HACCP精神,作為食品安全品質管理共識標準。本研究藉由越南台商公司推行ISO 9001及 22000 之實績,探討食品領域在導入ISO品質管理系統之項目及條文,作為建立整個公司在食品安全品質系統之依據,並訪問越南台商取得ISO認證公司代表及評審老師,針對越南當地執行ISO 管理系統所面臨問題,並以問卷從個案公司來了解越南員工對於公司實施ISO認證所需注意事項,並彙整推行時所面臨之困境以及成功要項,作為日後越南台商在推行ISO品質管理系統之借鏡。 關鍵詞: ISO 9001、ISO 22000、食品安全、品質管理 The Implementation of ISO 9001 and 22000 Certification-A Case Study of Taiwanese P Food Company in Vietnam Advisor: Dr.(Professor) Kuen-Horng LuInstitute of Department of Asia-Pacific Industrial and Business ManagementNational University of KaohsiungStudent: Lee wei - IInstitute of International Executive Master of Business AdministrationNational University of KaohsiungABSTRACTVietnam to become the main choice of foreign investment in Taiwan area.
