    摘要註: 本研究旨在探討T公司人員對「教育訓練」、「工作績效」、「晉升」之間的差異性,研究內容包括:1.分析不同的個人特徵在教育訓練、工作績效與晉升之間的差異。2.分析教育訓練對工作績效、晉升之差異。針對公司服務十年以上之技術/管理員以上員工為研究對象,並透過內部訓練、考核、晉升及人事系統等次級資料予以分析。 研究結果發現如下:性別、年齡、年資、現職年資、職務對職能別訓練有顯著差異,年資、現職年資對階層別訓練有顯著差異;年齡、年資、現職年資、職務、學歷對員工工作績效與晉升主管職及幕僚職有顯著差異;職能別訓練對工作績效無顯著差異,階層別訓練對工作績效有顯著差異;職能別訓練對員工晉升主管職與階層別訓練對員工晉升幕僚職有顯著差異;工作績效對員工晉升主管職有顯著性差異,對幕僚職則無。本研究以教育訓練對晉升、工作績效作差異比較,並未進行問卷調查,建議未來研究者採用問卷加上部份深度訪談方式蒐集更多的資料,由組織之多構面角度深入探討研究,或嘗試調整其他變項,研究各變數相互關係,或以教育訓練對晉升之關聯性研究-以工作績效作中介效果探討。 This research purpose probe into personnel of T Company it is for ' education and training ', ' Job performances ', ' promote ' during difference, the research contents include: 1 It is analyzed that different personal characteristics are in the education and training, Job performance and difference while promoting. 2. Analyze education and training to the Job performance, difference promoted. To the technology which the company serves for more than ten years / the administrator the above staff are research objects, train, examine, promote through inside and personnel systematic grade magnitudes of materials analyze.The result of study is found as follows: Sex, age, length of employee and service seniority, length of employee and service seniority of present post, post do not train difference of showing to the function, the age and length of employee and service seniority, length of employee and service seniority of present post do not train difference of showing to the stratum; Age, length of employee and service seniority, length of employee and service seniority of present post, post, education are in charge of the duty of duty and aides and staff with promoting to staff's Job performance there is difference of showing; It has no difference of showing to the Job performance that the function is not trained, it has difference of showing to the Job performance that the stratum does not train; Function train, promote, in charge of to staff duty and stratum train, promote to staff duties of aides and staff have difference of showing; Promoting and in charge of the duty to the staff in Job performance has dominant differences, does not have the duties of aides and staff. This research takes to promoting, Job performances of education and training as the difference to compare, have not carried on questionnaire investigation, Proposing future, the researcher adopts the questionnaire to add some deep interview ways and collect more materials, construct more angles of surface and probe into and study thoroughly from what has been organized,Try, adjust, become item while being other, study every parameter interreaction, or until education and training getting related to study to promote - take working performance as intermediary's result discussion.
