傳統上堪輿是由風水師父到現場看風水,不但費時且羅盤定位上也常有誤差。隨著網路資訊化的發達,電子地圖隨手可得且方位極為精確,如果可以運用資訊化的方法與傳統堪輿結合,改善傳統堪輿的缺點,可以讓風水設計更省時、精確、花費不多且簡單易懂。而本研究的目的則是在探討顧客對這兩種方式的接受度有什麼差別。研究採取問卷調查方式,,以比較顧客對傳統堪輿與E化風水設計的接受度,期以進行堪輿方式的改進建議,進而提升風水設計行業之專業度以及服務品質。樣本為臺灣國內曾經接受過命理諮詢之客戶。本研究於 2010 年5 月 1 日進行普查問卷施測,問卷以親自發放方式進行,於2010 年 6 月30 日完成回收工作,問卷共發放500 份,回收有效問卷 332 份,回收率達66.4%,隨即進行資料統計與分析。由數據顯示,可瞭解在E化風水設計的新概念上,若能針對女性、35歲以上、已婚、高學歷、公教及服務業、曾經接受風水設計、中高所得者,作規劃行銷定位、廣告訴求、產品設計、資源分配、行銷4P定量等,有很大的意義。另外,針對中低所得等其他族群,則可以低價、省時、簡便吸引其注意。由本研究結果顯示在E化風水設計的新概念上,一般人的接受度頗高。而如果能在專業度與認證上做加強,會有更多人認同E化風水設計。 Traditionally, geomancy rely on a Feng Shui master to the site to see, which is time-consuming and inaccurate positioning. With the advance of informational technology, electronic maps are readily available and extremely accurate positioning. If we can use the electronic-based method combined with the traditional geomancy to improve the shortcomings of traditional geomancy, Feng Shui design can be more time-saving, accurate, inexpensive, and easy to understand. The purpose of this study was to explore the the difference of customer acceptance between these two methods.The study use questionnaire to compare the customer acceptance between traditional and electronic Feng Shui desin, so as to improve the professionalism and the quality of the geomancy. The samples include customers who had received consulting fortune teller.There are totally 500 customers with 332 valid questionnaires, representing a 66.4% response rate. The results showed that those who are female, aged more than 35 years, married, highly educated, government employees, teachers, service, had received Feng Shui design, high income erners, planning market positioning, product design, resource allocation, had higher acceptance for electronic-based method of the Feng Shui design. Furthermore, the lower income group was attracting by the cheap, time-saving, and convenience of electronic-based method. In summary, our study showed that most customers who had received consulting fortune teller accepted the electronic-based method of Feng Shui design. There will be more people agree with this method if strengthen the professionalism and certification.
