    摘要註: 由於電子商務既有的營運觀念已逐漸被推翻,服務取代了產品本身的價值,如何降低成本已經不是企業主要努力的目標,取而代之的是如何贏得顧客的滿意度,這也成為企業所需面對的一大挑戰!有鑑於此,本研究以國內電子商務業者做為案例,運用賽局理論(Game Theory)所提及之合作賽局(Cooperative Game)加以論述,探討電子商務業者與專業物流業者雙方是否該策略聯盟成為夥伴關係,分析聯盟合作是否能夠為企業帶來更高的效益,並透過合作賽局之夏普利值,依據不同結盟合作情形下之總收益變化情形,發展合理的利益分配模式,除此之外,本研究亦以配送時效作為影響滿意度的變數藉以來探討策略聯盟對於滿意度的影響。研究之目的是希望透過模型建構與決策分析探討來求取業者之最大利益,使業者能掌握在獨自經營或合作營運的策略下所帶來額外利益以及對自身的影響,並藉此提供對電子商務業者與專業物流業者減少成本、提高效率、提升營運績效之具體相關建議。而從研究結果顯示,透過策略聯盟的方式將電子商務業者與專業物流業者作一搭配結合時,由於配送效率的改善,滿意度因此提升,而這也有助於企業獲利的增加。 Due to the concept of e-commerce operation has been gradually demolished, value of products is replaced by the service itself. Reducing the cost is no longer the objective of corporations. Instead, how to reach the satisfaction of customers is becoming a great challenge for corporations. This study of internal e-commerce focuses on the cooperative game, whether the e-commerce contractor and the logistics contractor should be partners or not in terms of strategic alliance that can produce more benefits for the business. Most importantly, via the calculation of Shapley value of cooperative game, the benefit distribution can be developed logically from the given information depending on the difference in the revenue between distinct alliances. This research uses the delivery efficiency as a variable to explore the extent of satisfaction under the effect of strategic alliance. The purpose of this research is to investigate the optimal benefits from the contractors’ point of view through model building and policy decision analysis so the contractors can take control over the additional benefits and other strategic effects of single operation or cooperative operation. In accordance of the results of the study, strategic alliance between e-commerce contractor and the logistics contractor in the e-commerce industry can enhance cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and operational performance. Also, the improvement of delivery efficiency can strengthen the satisfaction of customers,the benefit of corporation is thus increased.
