    摘要註: 本研究以影視產業為主要研究之對象,探討將韓國影視作為一文化創意產業,如何進行海外策略聯盟之發展、並在研究中描述目前發展的現況;此外,更進一步了解成功的因素,最後望能將其成功之策略作為台灣影視產業發展之仿效。本研究首先使用文獻分析,來初步理解韓國媒體企業於台灣之發展現況。其次,並進行個案研究法(case study),對台灣五家曾與韓國合作企業接觸之電視台的專職人員進行深度訪談,並結合二手文獻資料,綜合分析韓國影視產業在台發展動態。本研究之結論有下列三點:一、劇情多樣化及多方投資使得韓國影視產業顯現良性循環,使得其發展成功。二、運用策略聯盟降低資本風險,互相擷取企業經驗,以達資源交流之成效。三、政府支持文化產業,企業化運作不僅拓展其規模,鞏固其獨特角色且不斷創新,使得在各個消費市場皆能預見影視產業之發展性。 In this research study centralized around the film and television industry, the development of Korean films and television in current and oversea alliance development will be examined. In the analysis of their success factors, it was determined that these factors can also be adopted in the development of Taiwanese media. The study begins with the analysis of existing literature to primarily understand the current development of Korean Media Industry in Taiwan. Furthermore, the study uses case study and in-depth interviews with the staff specialists of five Taiwanese TV stations. All of which have had working experience with the relevant Korean media industries before. Through this source of connection, the movement of Korean media business in Taiwan is generally analyzed. This study concluded three important factors; firstly, the variety in plots and the many investments the industry receives proves a positive cycle therefore a positive outcome in the development of Korean Media Industry in Taiwan. Secondly, lower capital risk can be achieved through strategic alliance to receive experiences and reach the effect of information interchange. Thirdly, government supports culture property, the operation of enterprises not only expends its scale but consolidate the unique character and innovation constantly. Furthermore, the industry could anticipate the expansibility of media business in every valued market.
