二十世紀後為知識經濟的時代,面臨這股新趨勢,知識逐漸成為企業重要的資產之一。因此,如何做好知識管理,透過適當的流程與政策,有效地進行知識資源的獲取、配置、產生與使用,以充分發揮知識的效用與價值,為企業必須重視的議題。然而過去的文獻指出,有效的知識管理有賴於一些關鍵的組織因素,透過這些關鍵的組織因素可塑造一個有利於知識管理的組織環境。此外,面對知識經濟下變動劇烈的環境,假使企業能夠做好知識管理,往往就可掌握住創新的契機,以維持競爭優勢。 因此本研究以知識管理為主軸,以實證方式探討組織因素與知識管理之關聯性,以及知識管理與組織創新之間的關聯性。研究結果發現:一、在組織因素對知識管理之影響方面,上司與組織信任以及彈性、扁平的組織結構除了會對知識社會化與外化產生顯著的正面影響,亦會對知識組合化產生顯著的正面影響;另外,同事信任則是對知識內化有顯著正面影響。因此整體而言,組織因素會對知識管理產生顯著的正面影響。二、在知識管理對組織創新之影響方面,知識社會化與外化對用人控制創新有顯著正面影響;另外,知識社會化與外化以及知識內化皆會對規劃領導創新、技術創新以及作業流程創新分別有顯著的正面影響。因此總體而言,知識管理會對組織創新產生顯著的正面影響。 It is the era of knowledge economy after the 20th century. Because of this new trend, knowledge has gradually become the one of the important assets of the companies. So, how to have the good knowledge management implementation by following the suitable processes and policies to acquire, allocate, create, and use the knowledge efficiently is the issue that companies have to take seriously. However, the literature reveals that the effectiveness of organizational knowledge management is influenced by key organizational elements because these key organizational elements can make organization be able to build the environment that can enhance knowledge management. Moreover, in knowledge economy, companies face the uncertain environment. If only companies have good knowledge management implementation, they will have the chance to have innovations and maintain their competitive advantages. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to examine the relationship among the organizational elements, knowledge management, and organizational innovation. The results of the research indicate that:1. Both trust in boss and organization and flexible and flat organizational structures have significant and positive effects on knowledge socialisation and externalisation and knowledge combination individually. Besides, trust in colleagues has a significant and positive effect on knowledge internalisation. So, in general, organizational elements have significant and positive effects on knowledge management.2. Knowledge socialisation and externalisation has a significant and positive effect on staffing and controlling innovation. Both Knowledge socialisation and externalization and knowledge internalization have significant and positive effects on planning and leading innovation, technical innovation, and process innovation individually. Therefore, in general, knowledge management has a significant and positive effect on organizational innovation.
