摘要註:	本研究乃探討病患對中醫診所的醫療糾紛，運用危機管理的架構分為：三階段的糾紛徵兆、五步驟的糾紛經驗、資本資料的診所特徵，共三項構面；收集大高雄中醫診所在基本資料中個人資料及診所特徵各項構面的差異；並以「同意程度」為權數比較糾紛徵兆加權前後有無不同及所代表的涵意；此外，再調查受訪者對中醫診所醫療糾紛的糾紛經驗處理模式。本研究係透過人員面訪的方式，調查大高雄市現有中醫診所醫事人員，就其個人資料、診所特徵、糾紛經驗、糾紛徵兆等相關受訪者接觸或聽聞的醫療糾紛加以評估。研究採便利抽樣，調查大高雄市中醫診所的醫事人員，發放問卷共150 份，合計回收138 份，有效回收率為73.33 %。研究主要發現是每8位醫事人員中就有1位會有醫療糾紛。有醫療糾紛的醫事人員最常見的是女性、年齡介於30~40歲、學士後中醫師、具有博士學位、而且工作年資在20年以上之受僱之診所負責人。同時，研究發現每9位醫事人員中就有1位，遇過糾紛且賠過錢。常見的賠償金額為10萬元，有賠償金額區間在5~300萬元不等。 This study wants to discuss medical service dispute about Chinese medicinewith patients. And it undertakes the survey on: the three stages of disputant symptoms,five steps of disputant experiences, and the clinical characteristics of personalinformation that includes these three aspects. This survey collects differences betweenpersonal information in basic datum and any aspects of clinical characteristics in allChinese Medicine Clinic in Kaohsiung City. Moreover, it also uses the weight whichdegree of agreement to compare the meanings of disputable symptoms whichdifferences in weighting before and after. Besides, this survey also investigates themodels of disputable experiential processes.This survey is to investigate the medical professionals in all Chinese MedicineClinic in Kaohsiung City. By using the personal information, clinical traits, disputantexperiences, and disputant symptoms to estimate the medical malpractice disputeswhat the interviewees hear or meet. About 150 questionnaires have been sent out, andsome 138 questionnaires received, indicating that the effective response rate is73.33%..The major findings indicated that every one of eight Chinese Medicineprofessionals has medical service dispute. The main characticatic of disputed medicalprofessional is female, age of 30 to40, with post-baccalaureate Chinese Medicine,abtained Ph.D., and with over 20 years practices. Also, every one of nine ChineseMedicine professionals has clinic dispute and paid compensation. The general amountof compensation is about $100 thousand NT dollars. The range of compensation isfrom $50 thousand to $3 million NT dollars.
