摘要註:	建構供應商評選指標以有效進行供應商管理對任何產業都是舉足輕重的一環，但學術上對於水處理產業的領域卻鮮少有相關的研究，因此本研究將以個案公司為例，針對客戶對水處理業的供應商的需求及重視的關鍵因素進行探討，透過深度訪談結果的歸納分析建構水處理業的供應商評選指標，其重要性排名依序為(1)解決問題的能力，(2)價格，(3)服務態度，(4)歷史績效表現，(5)在產業界的聲譽，(6)品質的可靠性與穩定度，(7)創新及研發技術能力，(8)對交期變更的配合度及準時交貨的達交率，(9)品牌知名度，(10)生產設備與產能，(11)國際化品牌形象，(12)地理關係(最短運輸時間)。讓個案公司得以根據研究結果，對於客戶重視且自身條件不足之處進行補足及強化企業的核心競爭力，使客戶能增加對個案公司的信賴及忠誠度，促使客戶購買及持續使用。更希望能藉由本研究以協助個案公司得以運用充分有效的資訊，建立準則評估決策體系，作為企業強化競爭力或遴選最適供應商之決策依據。 Building up suppliers’ evaluation index is vital to all industries for effective suppliers’ management, yet there are insufficient academic studies focusing on water treatment. Therefore, this study constructs a suppliers’ list of evaluation index for water treatment industries and provides moderate advice based on a case study. The indexes are arranged based on six interviewers’ priorities of the evaluation items, and they are listed in the following order: (1) ability of solving problems, (2) prices, (3) service attitude, (4) past performances, (5) reputation, (6) reliability and stability, (7) ability of research and development, (8) flexibility and on time delivery rate, (9) brand awareness, (10) facility and production capacity, (11) international brand image, and (12) geographical effects (minimal time for transportation). By adopting qualitative in-depth interviews and SWOT analyses, we conclude the needs and factors that affect values of water treatment customers, and present the strength and the weakness of the objective water treatment company of this study. In summary, this study provides the objective water treatment company not only some advices to enforce its competitiveness in the market but also an effective list of water treatment suppliers’ evaluation index for further uses.
