本研究藉由相關分析、迴歸分析與單因子變異數分析探討2003 年至2008 年的溫度與變數因子之資料。分析台灣地區影響氣溫變化的自然與人為因素,並以找出變數因子的重要性及影響力。 分析結果顯示,受人為因子影響最多為最大溫差,最少為最高溫度。因暖化而造成氣候變遷為受人類活動所影響之論點,不盡然絕對。變數因子中機車持有率為平均溫度、最高溫度與最大溫差的共同變數,表示機車持有率為導致高溫之因子。都市區在懸浮微粒在150 微克/立方公尺以上者與每人每日用水量達500 公升以上者對最高溫度產生增溫之作用。市鎮區在汽車持有率在260‰以上者,對最大溫差有減少之趨勢。 多元迴歸分析中,都市區對溫度增加最顯著因素在於工業用地比率,都會區為住商樓地板面積比率,市鎮區為住商用地比率。研究發現影響都市中溫度變化之主要因素以土地使用型態與強度為主,要達到改善都市中的溫度,需以都市土地規劃的角度思考,從土地使用型態與容積,增加綠化面積,留設開放空間或營造水域環境等。若從政策面或政府宣導,需從每人每日用水量、用電量,資源回收與交通運輸來思考。 On the basis of correlation analysis, regression analysis and ANOVA analysis of2003-2008 data of temperature and variables, this project was analyzed according to theeffects of temperature changes in Taiwan which include the factors of nature and humaninterference in order to find out the importance and the influence of variables. The resultsshow that the affected factor influenced by human is the maximum temperature difference,and the least for the maximum temperature. The argument that the global warming caused byclimate change is due to the influence of human activities is not necessary absolute. Averagetemperature, maximum temperature, and maximum temperature difference of the commonvariables motorcycle ownership are demonstrated that the motorcycle ownership rates are theresult of high temperature factors. In the urban area, the suspending particles of 150micrograms / cubic meters and 500 liters per capita daily water temperature above the highesttemperature of the role. Holdings in the town of the car of 260 ‰ and upward will affect thedecrease of the maximum temperature. In the multiple regression analysis, the mostsignificant factor of the temperature increase in urban areas is the ratio of industrial land inthe metropolitan area for the residential and commercial floor area ratio for the domesticbusiness in the town area ratio. The research was found out that the main reason whichaffects the changes of temperature in city is the use of land and intensity. To improve thetemperature of city, we have to view the issue from the perspective of urban land planning,such as the pattern and volume of the use of land, the increase of green space, spacedesigning, as well as the construction of the water environment. If we improve the problemfrom the government guidance or the advocacy of policy, it must be required theconsideration from the per capita daily water, electricity, recycling and transportation.
