摘要註:	微網誌為新興的溝通平台與創新服務，針對其探討的研究還不多，因此本研究以隱喻抽取技術來探討微網誌使用者的對微網誌的想法與思維模式，希望能提供微網誌平台業者提供以做為品質改善、行銷企劃實務與管理策略之參考。因為ZMET在國內仍屬於較新的訪談法，鮮少有研究對其做一個較全面的介紹，且ZMET具備研究主題不同，訪談步驟就會因此調整的特性。因此本論文也介紹了ZMET的演進，以及其因應不同研究主題所做的步驟修改，並據此發展出本研究的ZMET步驟。研究結果以共識地圖呈現，因共識地圖沒有固定的畫法，所以本研究也展示了兩種共識地圖畫法。研究結果發現噗浪最大的特色是自然而然，自然而然的與人聊天、分享日常生活、以及自然而然的交友。此外也發現某些噗浪為人所喜愛的特性，如早安噗、噗浪機器人對某些人而言卻是干擾。根據造成使用者反感的原因，本研究也根據目前的網站技術提出改進上的建議。 Microblog is a new communication platform and an innovative service, studies on this topic are still rare. Thus, this study explores the cognitions and thoughts of micro-bloggers by using Zaltman metaphor elicitation technique (ZMET). The research results can be a reference for providers of micro-blogging services on quality improvement, marketing practice planning and managerial strategies. Because ZMET is a relatively new method in Taiwan, there are few studies introducing this method throughly. The interviewing steps of ZMET is changed withing different research topics. Therefore, this study describes the evolution of ZMET and its modification of steps . Accordingly, this study developed the other ZMET steps to fit this research purpose Results of this study are shown in the consensus maps. Because the way of drawing consensus map does not fixed, this study also demonstrated two kinds of consensus maps.The results showed that the most important feature of Plurk is doing things naturally. Plurk users can chat with people naturally, share their daily lives, as well as get new friends naturally. In addition, this study also found that some of the favorite features of Plurk, such as Good Morning Plurk and plurk robots are factors of interference for some people. According to the reasons of antipathy, improvement suggestions for Plurk are also provided.
