    摘要註: 低碳節能建築目前已是我國執行長期減碳計畫的重要施政項目之一。台灣電力公司民國99年的統計顯示,住宅照明用電佔全國電燈用電的21.0%。政府也期望住宅照明節能在未來能以LED燈做為最終解決方案。LED是一種節能環保新光源,但以「替代」傳統光源的方式來結合傳統燈具,是否能具體改善居住環境的照明品質,也就是LED燈具與住宅環境適配問題是本研究的動機。本研究提出住宅空間LED燈具設計因子的六項目標構面及28項評估指標,並利用AHP分析法,完成受訪廠商及消費者對不同層級LED燈具設計因子重視程度的優先排序。研究結果顯示,比較重要之目標構面依序是維護管理、視覺感受、經濟性、燈具外觀。在28項燈具設計因子中,排序前九項者分別為售價之高低、體積大小、省電、演色性、藝術造型、燈泡更換方便性、壽命長、智慧控制及產品有節能標章。但廠商與消費者專家的選擇是體積大小、演色性、燈泡更換之方便性、燈具色彩、燈具材料、廠商搭配優惠、智慧控制。很明顯的,售價高低是消費者最在意的選項,燈具體積大小、演色性與燈泡更換方便性也是比較重視的因子。綜言之,開發LED光源可替換型燈具是較適宜的方式,但同時應重視藝術造型、更換方便、眩光控制以及合理售價範圍,讓消費者願意使用LED燈具,藉以落實住宅照明節能的低碳家園建構願景。 The project of low carbon and energy efficient buildings currently has become an important item of Long-term Carbon Reduction Commitment in Taiwan. According to the statistics of Taiwan Power Company in 2010, residential lighting took 21% of total national electric power consumption. The government expects the energy saving of residential lighting can be finally settled by LED lamps. LED lamp is a kind of new green light source. However, whether the way of substituting traditional light source with LED lamps can specifically improve the Lighting quality in residence. In another word, the adaptation of the LED lamps to the residential environment is the motivation of the study.6 criterions and 28 alternatives of LED luminaire design factors in residence are put forward in this study. Furthermore, after interviewed the LED manufacturers and customers, the AHP process is used to prioritize the attention paid to LED luminaire design at different levels. The study shows four respectively important criterions in sequence: maintenance and management, visual perception, economy and appearance of luminaire. In the 28 alternatives, the top nine are price, size, power-saving, color rendering index, artistic form energy-saving, convenience of replacement, long service life, intelligent control and energy labelling. But the manufacturers and customers choose more about size, color rendering index, convenience of replacement, color, material, preference measure, intelligent control. Obviously, price is the most considerable factor for customers, and they also pay much attention to size, color rendering index and convenience of replacement.In conclusion, developing LED replaceable lamps should be a proper way, but the artistic form, convenience of replacement, internal control and price shouldn’t be ignored so that customers are willing to use the LED lamps. In this way, the vision of building low carbon residence with energy-saving LED luminaire can be carried out in Taiwan.
