本研究主要擬以硬模板製備法合成不同形貌之MnXOY。主要使用Colloid-imprinted carbons (CIC)、Carbon spheres、SiO2 spheres做為模板來製備MnXOY。CIC為選用不同粒徑之凝膠SiO2,搭配瀝青做為碳材的前驅物,翻製出具不同孔徑尺寸之多孔性碳材;carbon spheres則是利用葡萄糖水溶液以水熱法製備出均勻且表面光滑具親水性的球型碳材;SiO2 spheres則是依據Stober method製備。利用上述起始材料做為模板,搭配Manganese (II) acetylacetonate及Manganese (III) acetylacetonate做為前驅物,在空氣下煅燒後進而翻製出具有顆粒狀、珊瑚狀、蜂巢狀之MnXOY。未來則研究上述具不同形貌之MnXOY在超高化學電容器及電化學相關領域之應用,並試圖以回填入碳前驅物於珊瑚狀、蜂巢狀之MnXOY之孔隙內以進一步石墨化而增強其電化學性質,或是此合成策略轉往搭配不同過渡金屬前驅物以製備出不同過渡金屬氧化物。 This study intends to synthesis of different morphologies of the hard template method for the preparation MnXOY. The main use of the colloid-imprinted carbons (CIC), Carbon spheres, SiO2 spheres as templates to prepare MnXOY. The preparation methods of the CIC is using different size of gel SiO2 and mesophase pitch as the precursors of carbon materials, and then by the reproduction of different pore size of porous carbon material; carbon spheres are synthesized from glucose solution by hydrothermal method. These carbon spheres are uniform and smooth surface with the hydrophilic spherical carbon material; SiO2 spheres preparation according to the Stober method. The starting material as templates, with Manganese (II) acetylacetonate and Manganese (III) acetylacetonate as the precursor, and then calcined in the air to get nanoparticles, coral-like, honeycomb shape of MnXOY.We will study above different morphologies MnXOY application in the field of super chemical capacitor and electrochemical area in the future. We also try to fill back the carbon precursors within the pores of the coral-like, and honeycomb shape MnXOY and then further graphitization to enhance its electrochemical properties. In the other hand, we can use this synthetic strategy to prepare other different transition metal oxides.
