    摘要註: 隨著原油價格逐漸高漲及全球暖化加速的因素,節省能源及環保議題逐漸被受重視。其中大多數廢氣排放來自於交通工具,特別是汽車,因此,如果加速推展電動汽機車,將可大幅改善空氣汙染與溫室效應。但是,基於某些因素,目前電動車的使用情形還不是非常普遍,特別在:單價過高,車輛續航力不足,缺乏充電站,電池本身壽命不長久…等因素,使電動交通工具無法順利推展開來,推究其主要因素,全都指向一個關鍵零件「電池」。因此,本研究以電動車電池為主,透過與九位專家訪談的方法,歸納分析這些關鍵因素,找出最合適的電池種類,然後再用情境分析法推演出未來短、中、長期發展過程中,分別是以鎳氫電池、鋰鐵電池與鋰三元系電池為主要的發展趨勢。同時在情境推演過程中,發現政府的獎勵政策與發電廠及充電站的興建對電動車這個產業影響甚巨,是電動車產業發展的主要瓶頸,也是需要各國政府單位特別強化的地方。 While the oil price is rising unscrupulously and global warming has also drawn lots of attention around the world, so-called energy-efficiency or fuel-efficiency and environmental protection have become crucial issues nowadays. Most of waste gas emissions come from transportation vehicles, especially cars; therefore, popularizing the electrical cars and motorcycles could not only mitigate air pollution but also global warming . The usage of electrical vehicles , however , has not been quite common currently , and the results from that could be considered as , firstly , the electrical vehicles are far more expensive than others. Secondly, lacking of charging stations , and the limitation of battery life-cycle ...etc, and it all pointed out one key factor–battery.In this research, we would emphasis on electrical cars-use battery, and we would conduct inductive analysis by interviewing with nine experts which would allow us to find out the most suitable battery type . Then , we would further conduct scenario analysis, in order to generate the overall trend in different period of developing time , short , medium , and long-term development of Ni-MH battery , LiFePO4 battery and NMC battery these three different kinds of batteries in the future. Moreover, by conducting scenario analysis which would allow us to discover that the policy of establishing power stations and charging stations which plays a crucial role of developing the electrical-vehicle industry , and it is also where the every government throughout the world should to support .
