本研究主要探討顆粒材料之微觀結構型態(顆粒之粒徑組成、排列型態、幾何形狀、膠結情況)對於整體顆粒材料集合體之宏觀力學的影響。本研究中採用透過直剪試驗(direct shear test)和平面應變試驗(plane strain test or biaxial test)以探討顆粒微觀結構狀態與強度、變形之關係,並以數位影像相關係數法進行量測。經實驗結果分析顯示,(1)從直剪試驗中,觀察到在相同幾何外形下,直徑3mm之圓鋁棒所組成之試體會比直徑6mm之圓鋁棒所組成之試體,呈現較小之膨脹量以及較高之剪力強度。而在平面應變試驗中,(2)圓鋁棒在緊密排列下所呈現之強度會比隨機排列大,並且不同粒徑組成之試體所呈現之強度較單一粒徑之試體大。(3)當圓鋁棒試體產生剪切帶為最明顯時,其對應的應變值,隨機排列較緊密排列高;而同樣在隨機排列下,不同粒徑配比之試體其應變值較單一粒徑之試體為高。 This study explored the influence of microscopic parameters (the particle size, the packing, the shape of particle, the cohesion) of the granular material on the macroscopic behaviors. A series of direct shear tests and plane strain tests were performed in this study. The experimental results show that the specimen composed of rods with the diameter of 3mm exhibits the less dilatancy and the higher shear strength than that of 6mm diameter with the same particle shape in the direct shear test. Besides, in the plane strain test, for rod assemblies with dense packing, the strength is higher than that with random packing. For specimens with different particle sizes, the strength is higher than that with unique size. Furthermore, for the specimen with dense packing, the shear band develops earlier than that with random packing, In addition, the specimen composed of one single particle size also develops the shear band earlier than that of different particle sizes.
