摘要註:	本研究旨在研究即將推行的十二年國民基本教育對我國教育會產生哪些影響。本研究採用問卷調查統計法，選取分別來自不同學校的教師、行政人員與學生為參與研究者，以事先擬定的研究問卷為研究工具，完成本項研究。研究結論如下：(一) 各界普遍認同且願意配合十二年國教政策。(二) 模糊明星高中光環。(三) 入學資訊宣傳不夠。(四) 診斷性測驗進行補救教學。(五) 政府應重視資源分配。而根據研究結果，研究者提出研究建議，對教師之建議如下：(一) 挽救學生學習動機。(二) 提昇教師教學專業。(三) 找回教與學的熱情。對家長之建議如下：(一) 徹底搞清楚國小基礎內容。(二) 以「三年長期完整規劃」看待國中生活。(三) 不再迷信補習。(四) 協助孩子面對挫折。給學生的建議如下：(一) 讀書方式必需改變。(二) 自我探索是必要任務。(三) 清楚瞭解該區免試超額比序條件。(四) 找回學習熱情。(五) 不人云亦云。 The purpose of this study was to investigate stakeholders’ cognition and attitude toward the policy of 12-year compulsory education. The study implemented a questionnaire survey. The samples of survey came from different unit of teachers, home teachers, students and administrative staff. And take the statistics from the survey as the research tool to complete this study. The major results derived from the survey are summarized as follows: we can find that people from all circles of life recognized and willing to execute the policy. They also think that the myth of prestigious high schools will be blurred through this policy. But not only students but also teachers and parents complain that they don’t get this policy very clearly. There is a lack of doing propaganda of the information about the entrance. They also hope official government organizations should gradually pay attention to the resource allocation.
