    摘要註: 高品質時代的到來,電子連接器產業是非常競爭的,而且於消費性產品的電子連接器又因生命週期短暫顯得更為激烈,因此自動化生產乃是現今必走的趨勢。品質機能展開(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)是一種合乎客戶要求、喜好的品質,而在產品設計之初時就把會產生不良的因子予以排除,是一種「向前的品質」。根據前面所述的研究動機與目的,筆者擬採用重要績效分析(IPA)與品質機能展開(QFD)之方法,針對「電子連接器目前的產業現況與遭遇之問題」、「電子連接器設備使用者的需求是什麼」、「如何運用QFD深入探求關鍵的技術參數,藉以改善電子連接器設備的品質以符合使用者需求」等問題,作為進一步探討。本研究以某連接器設備公司為例,以「系統功能」、「環境安全」、「成本」為構面,藉由品質機能展開的技術,由問卷調查收集使用者的聲音,經品質機能展開轉換運算。本次問卷以連接器設備的使用者為對象進行調查,共發放150份問卷,回收率92%。本研究經由QFD調查,得知使用者在這26項目中有13項因「實際滿意度」的滿意度低於「期望重視度」的重要性而呈現顯著差異,其中有7項為「環境安全」構面、四項為「系統功能」構面、2項為「成本」構面。設備品質技術的重要性排序前六項依序為設計目標規劃、設計目標或草圖不明確、零件供應商合作關係、設計條件與資料提供不足、設計師擁有相關證照、不尊重設計的專業判斷。在重要績效分析模式中,其結果顯示第二象限優先改善區的項目總共有5項是開發者目前急需改善的重點項目。第四象限過度重視區的項目總共有5項,是開發者目前已過度投入資源的需求項目。 In the era of high-quality, electronic connector industry is very competitive, and consumer products, electronic connector because of the short life cycle is even more intense, so the trend of automated production but today must take. According to the motives and purposes described above, I proposed "electronic connectors, current industry status and experiences of the problem", "What is the equipment needs of the users of electronic connectors, how to use QFD to explore in depth the key technical parameters, in order to improve the quality of the electrical connector devices to meet user needs ", as further explored. In this study, a connector device, for example, the survey collected user sound "system function", "environmental security" and "cost" for the dimensions of technology by the Quality Function Deployment, by the Quality Function Deployment conversion operator. The questionnaire for the object to connect the device the user issuing a total of 150 questionnaires were distributed, a return rate of 92%. In this study, performance analysis and quality function to start to put forward recommendations for improvement and to develop the standard of quality function, improve customer satisfaction levels and willingness to use. In the performance analysis model, the results show that a total of 5 priority to improve the project in the second quadrant, the focus of the project developer is urgently needed to improve in order to effectively and quickly to enhance the user's satisfaction.
