Summary:
近年來六標準差(Six sigma)專案活動已協助不少企業提高其品質,進而滿足顧客甚或超越顧客期望;六標準差以界定 (Define)、量測 (Measure)、分析 (Analyze )、改善 (Improve)、與控制 (Control)等DMAIC五個階段,強調流程管理、縮短流程時間、減少流程中之缺失、提升流程中的合格率,致力於減少庫存、增加產出率、降低成本,並進行績效改善與目標之突破。本研究在透過訪談分析後發現,液晶模組製程之關鍵成功因素甚多,運用DIMAC導入品質理念及運用之工具一般包括:成本分析、價格競爭力、顧客滿意度、SPC管控、製程穩定度、製程良率、DOA驗證模式、可靠度測試、改善方案搭配、SPC控管、專案管理、生產管理系統(MES)管理等,這些都是TFT-LCD模組製程之六標準差品質關鍵因素,在不同階段應有適當的使用。 Recently, Six sigma-related projects and activities have helped many companies improve their quality and thus meet even exceed customers' expectations. Six Sigma is based on Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) five stages to emphasize on process management, shorten the procedure time, reduce the failures of flow, enhance the regular rate of flow, reduce inventory, increase productivity, reduce costs, improve performance.This study found many critical success factors of the LCD module process from manufacturing process analysis. The general tools applied the DIMAC to quality include: cost analysis, price competitiveness, customer satisfaction, SPC control, process stability, process good rate, DOA authentication mode, reliability testing, related improving programs, SPC control, project management, MES. All these are Six Sigma quality key factors of TFT-LCD module process.
