摘要註:	本論文以Ｗ公司作為研究之對象，經由探討液晶顯示器組裝線生產管理現況，以提出液晶顯示器組裝線生產效率提升之具體方法。透過質性研究的深度訪談及內容分析，本研究發現，在產線管理的部份，影響生產效率之因素主要為材料及人力管理問題，業者必須改善來料品質，並鼓勵新進員工朝多能工發展，降低離職率；在作業流程的部份，需以生產平衡化為製程目標，包含工時精確、人員合理配置、設備運轉正常、材料品質良好等；在制度設計的部份，則必須著重於留才策略，培育多能工人才，透過奬勵制度鼓勵大陸員工長假後返工；在產線浪費的部份，必須以降低不良品重工、搬運浪費及教育訓練等三大浪費問題，可透過加強把關原料品質來源、考量購入較先進之自動化機台、調整作業方法及生產料件的擺放位置、提升高素質人員、降低短期工或產學合作學生的比率，提高多能工人員比例等方法提升整體生產效率。 This research is a case study of current status of production management of liquid crystal display assembly line. In the dimension of assembly line management, the main factors influencing the production efficiency are materials and human resource management. In the dimension of operation procedure, the manufacturing process goal is production balance including precise working hours, proper deployment of human resource, proper operation of device, and good quality materials. In the dimension of system design, company must focus on talents retention policy, nurture the talents with multiple skills, and encourage Chinese workers coming back to work after holidays through the incentive system. In the dimension of waste of manufacturing line, company has to decrease rework for defective products, and waste in transportation.
