摘要註:	本文旨在了解軍校高中生生活適應、休閒滿意度及生活滿意度之間的關聯性，並根據研究結果，提出相關建議，以供該校決策長官在教育訓練、生活管理等方面之參考。本研究之受訪對象學校為國內目前唯一之高中軍事學校，所抽取之有效樣本年級人數之比例中，共有一年級130名，佔36.9%，二年級115名，佔32.4%；三年級105名，佔30.7%，此比例符合現階段研究對象學校各年級學生之比例。最後以該份問卷所獲得之填答結果進行統計分析，並獲致主要結論如下：1. 不同背景人口統計變項之軍校高中生在「生活適應」上大多呈顯著差異。2. 不同背景人口統計變項之軍校高中生在「休閒滿意度」皆不具顯著差異。3. 不同背景人口統計變項之軍校高中生在「生活滿意度」皆不具顯著差異。4. 軍校高中生之「生活適應」與「生活滿意度」部分具顯著正相關。5. 軍校高中生之「休閒滿意度」與「生活滿意度」具顯著正相關。6. 軍校高中生之「生活適應」和「休閒滿意度」具顯著正相關。綜合上述之結論，我們發現若欲有效提升軍校高中生之生活滿意度，雖然無法直接達成，但透過促進休閒滿意度，或可能增加生活適應，或生活適應良好者，其休閒滿意度愈高，則可進而相當程度提升軍校高中生之生活滿意度，此為校方管理者未來可加強之處。 This study aims to examine the relationship among the life adaptation, leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction for senior high cadets, and to offer some suggestions based on the analysis so as to provide references for educational training, life management and other aspects to the decision-making officials. In this study, the target school is the only military high school in Taiwan. In the proportion, and number of the sample student extracted, there are 130 students in the first grade, accounted for 36.9%, 115 students in the second grade, accounted for 32.4%, and 105 students in the third grade, accounted for 30.7%. The proportion is analogous to the concurent percentage of students in every grade of the objective school.Finally, we conducted the statistical analysis based on the results obtained from the questionnaires, and acquired the main conclusions as follows:1. The senior high cadets with various demographic statistics mostly show significant differences in the “life adaptation.”2. The senior high cadets with various demographic statistics bear no significant difference in the “leisure satisfaction.”3. The senior high cadets with various demographic statistics possess no significant difference in the “life satisfaction.”4. Part of “life adaptation” and “life satisfaction” of senior high cadets exhibit significantly positive correlation.5. The “leisure satisfaction” and “life satisfaction” of senior high cadets show significant and positive correlation.6. The “life adaptation” reveals significantly positive correlation with “leisure satisfaction” for senior high cadets.Concluding from the results above, we found that if it is to enhance the life satisfaction of senior high cadets effectively, though it cannot be directly reached, we can enhance the life adaptation of senior high cadets with a considerable extent through leisure satisfaction promotion, or the cadets with good life adaptation usually have higher leisure satisfaction and their life satisfaction may be improved to a certain degree. The school administrators can put more effort on this in the future.
