    摘要註: 在大陸地區不斷的調整基本工資的政策之下,便宜的大陸勞工已經慢慢的成為過去的名詞,許多電子代工產業更是面臨不得不轉型的壓力。而在以往的作業流程中,往往需要靠大量人力來作業的部份,可藉由資訊科技的協助,並透過軟體自動化的應用,達到提升作業效率及降低作業成本的目的。然而,當資訊系統無法將作業單元完全串聯起來時,其作業效能必然會大打折扣,因此,如何透過資訊流分析,做到無縫聯結,是改善軟體應用的重要工作之一。本研究以C個案公司為例,透過資訊流的分析與整合,探討物料清單(Bill of material, BOM)與物料需求計畫(Material Requirement Planning, MRP)流程優化模式,以改善個案公司的BOM製作時效性不佳及人員作業錯誤導致材料成本增加等問題。最後,本研究得到如下的結果:(一) 在效率改善方面,簡化BOM製作流程,將原本製作流程簡化80%,只需用原本製作時間的20%,就可以完成一份BOM。(二)在降低成本方面,以2011年為例,BOM自動化系統與SEQ自動化系統一年共節省下來的人工成本+材料成本將近27萬RMB (三)在提昇品質面,自2011年6月起使用新系統輔助人工作業後,至今尚未發生人員作業疏失導致BOM做錯的事件發生。本研究模式可以做為個案公司及相關產業有關資訊化系統流程改善的參考。 Upon the policy of continuity of basic labor wage adjustment by Mainland China government, cheap wage has been gradually a historical term in industries due to the rapid economic growth. In consequence, many OEM industries are facing a difficulty of change for survival. Importantly, information and communication technology can be used to help the general operation processes which usually need lots of labors. In this concern, software automation has been a solution to effectively enhance the operation efficacy and reduce operation costs. However, when information system lacks of linking a set of operations totally, the supporting efficacy must be greatly reduced. Therefore, how to adopt an information flow approach to this gap transition becomes a critical issue when software application merit is concerned. The research thesis conducts a case study that proposes a model to analyze the information flow and integration to optimize the BOM and MRP operations to reduce the manual operation costs. Research findings indicate that (1) in efficiency improvement, the operations have been reduced 80%, implying that the operation time is reduced to be 20% of the original time to complete a BOM; (2) in the cost down, taking the 2011 as an example, the labor fee is saved for around 270,000 RMB for the proposed model; (3) in the quality enhancement, there is no BOM operation error happened since the proposed model was put in service on June, 2011. The research findings and suggestions can be a valuable reference to the case company and similar industries who are attempting to implement business process reengineering.
