    摘要註: 台商的越籍員工常發生集體罷工情形,本研究欲藉由人本角度,了解越籍勞工在休閒生活及工作上的滿意度,以及員工的幸福感程度,從中探討是否能透過休閒,加強員工的幸福感,研究目的為:(1)瞭解越南台商公司員工的工作滿意度、休閒滿意度及幸福感之現況;(2)探討不同背景變項的員工在工作滿意度、休閒滿意度及幸福感之差異;(3)瞭解工作滿意度、休閒滿意度對幸福感是否有顯著相關。研究對象為越南當地台商企業之員工,以非隨機立意抽樣方式,與10家公司接洽,共發放400份問卷,實際回收270份,問卷回收率為67.5%。以SPSS 17.0進行問卷分析。研究結果發現:1.不同婚姻狀況的越籍員工在生活滿意度上有顯著差異,其中未婚者高於已婚者;2.不同工作時間的越籍員工在負向情緒上有顯著差異,其中每日工作8小時以下的員工高於每日工作12小時以上之員工;3.不同休閒時間的員工在休閒滿意度上有顯著差異,休閒時間越多者的休閒滿意度高於休閒時間較少者。4.工作滿意度和生活滿意度、正向情緒呈顯著正相關,與負向情緒皆無顯著相關;5.休閒滿意度與生活滿意度、正向情緒呈顯著正相關,但和負向情緒則無明顯相關。 There are frequent massive Vietnamese employee strikes in Taiwanese owned Vietnam businesses. This study, therefore, tries to investigate the job satisfaction, leisure satisfaction, and well-being for Vietnamese employees under the humanity point of view, and to see if it is available to enhance the well-being of Vietnamese employees via leisure arrangement. There are three purposes in this study, firstly, to understand the situation of job satisfaction, leisure satisfaction and well-being of Vietnamese employees in Taiwanese owned businesses for the time being in Vietnam, secondly, to exam the differences of job satisfaction, leisure satisfaction and well-being for various demographic variables of Vietnamese employees, finally, to find out if there are significant correlations between well-being and job satisfaction/leisure satisfaction, respectively.This study utilizes non-random purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 400 Vietnamese employees of 10 Taiwanese businesses in Vietnam. There are 270 valid questionnaires collected or say 67.5% effective response rate. We then proceed with the analysis using SPSS 17.0.Research findings show that: 1.There exist significant differences of life satisfaction in various marital statuses for Vietnamese employees. Especially, non-married employees have higher life satisfaction than those married. 2.There are significant differences of negative emotions for Vietnamese employees with different working hours. Particularly, there are higher negative emotions for employees with less than 8-hour working time than those with more than 12 working hours. 3.There exist significant differences of leisure satisfaction among employees with different leisure time. The leisure satisfaction for those who have more leisure time is higher than those with less leisure time. 4.The job satisfaction is significantly and positively correlated with life satisfaction and positive emotions, respectively, but is uncorrelated with negative emotions. 5.The leisure satisfaction is significantly and positively correlated with life satisfaction and positive emotions, respectively, but is uncorrelated with negative emotions.
