    摘要註: 在現今科學的發展過程中,所有重大工業的突破都是來自於基礎物理的貢獻。而自旋電子學(spintronics)的建立,對於產業以及學術界將產生重大的影響。而早在1983年由荷蘭的Nijmegen大學de Groot1團隊對三元合金NiMnSb與PtMnSb等化合物進行計算時發現一種新穎的能帶結構,並稱此類型的化合物為半金屬(half-metallic)的磁性體。此類型的複合材料具有兩種不同的自旋能帶,一種取向的自旋電子(假定自旋向上)能帶結構呈現金屬特性,另一類自旋取向電子(假定自旋向下)呈現絕緣體或半導體的特性,由於此類型的材料具備有一些特殊的光性、電性、磁性、以及導熱特性因此在半導體工業當中將可以應用於一些特殊的元件上,例如高密度磁頭、微磁場感應器(magnetic field sensor)、不易揮發磁記憶體(nonvolatile MRAM)等等。而對於半金屬材料而言,由於是近代才發現的領域,因此在材料的開發上就變得很重要。在尋找材料方面,2012年期間由Aijun Du2等團隊以First-Principles預言Graphitic Carbon Nitride(g-C4N3)等材料具備有半金屬的特性後。使得我們對於此類型的材料產生了高度的興趣,並且試圖以不同的理論方式去探究此類型材料的一些未知領域,並且希望在往後可以的運用在半導體工業當中 In today’s physics science developing, the fundamentals of physics were a great contribution to all significant industrial. After Spintroincs theory established, it made the industry and the academia a great leap. In 1983, the Groot’s calculated ternary alloy of NiMnSb and PtMnSb of compounds found to novel band structure in Nijmegen University from Netherlands, and adding of this type compound is the half-metallic magnetic substance. This type composite materials has two different kinds of spin band, one Spintronics (assuming spin up) band structure present metal characteristics the other presented the characteristic of insulator or Semiconductors. As this type of material possess some special optical, electrical, magnetic and thermal conductivity properties. Therefore it can be applied the number of specialized components, such as high-density magnetic head, magnetic field sensor, nonvolatile (MRAM). During past 30 years, Half-metallic material has been found. To find better and applicable half-metallic materials become more important.In 2012, Aijun Du used “First-Principles” predicted to look for half-metallic materials, and predicted that Graphitic Carbon Nitride (g-C4N3) possess half-metallic characteristic. That is a surprise to us. Now we also join to find these types of materials and have great interest in that. We also tried to use different theories to explain undiscovered of these type materials, and hope these new materials have practical applications in semiconductor industry in the future.
