本研究利用四大類共計13種方法固定電子媒介體(維生素B12、TPPS和磷鎢酸鈉),結合複合金屬(Cu/Al、Fe/Al和Cu/Fe/Al)在不同條件下去除污染物(四氯化碳和二氯甲烷),經由結果探討固定化的有效性以及其優缺點。結果顯示當探討複合金屬於批次實驗在不同條件下去除四氯化碳,Fe/Al在pH=4的效果最佳,4小時之內,去除率達76%,而Cu/Fe/Al在pH=10的效果最佳,0.5 小時之內,去除率可達80%,兩種複合金屬的比較,是以三層複合金屬為最佳。而兩者對於二氯甲烷效果就顯得不佳,24小時去除效率約為50%,說明單以複合金屬去除效果不彰。管柱實驗以銅鐵鋁複合金屬進行反應,其與批次實驗有相同趨勢,當去除四氯化碳時,經過使用7天,去除效率仍維持約98%,但是降解二氯甲烷約2天就達貫穿,失去去除功效。電子媒介體的固定方式,在四大類中以直接與矽膠混合的方式或結合活性碳的固定方式較為有效。直接與矽膠混合的方式則以TMOS:甲醇:TPPS為1:6:0.33為最佳。活性碳的固定方式能有效的應用於四氯化碳和二氯甲烷,尤其以達飽和的方式最有效。而比較三種電子媒介體,則是以維生素B12最佳,TPPS次之,磷鎢酸鈉為最差。 The research use four major class that total of 13 kinds of methods to immobilized electron mediators.(vitamin B12, TPPS and sodium phosphotungstic) combined with bimetal and trimetal ( Cu/Al、Fe/Al and Cu/Fe/Al) in different condition to removal pollution (CT and DCM). To discuss the effectiveness, advantages and disadvantages of the immobilization by results. The results showed discuss bimetal and trimetal of batch experience to removal CT in different condition. The results show to removal CT in batch experiment that bimetallic iron-aluminum the best condition in pH=4. The removal efficiency reach 76% in 4 hr. And trimetallic copper-iron-aluminum the best condition in pH=10. The removal efficiency reach 80% in 0.5 hr. Compaired with them that trimetall was the best. But trimetallic copper-iron-aluminum had poor results to removal DCM. The removal efficiency only 50% in 24 hr. Explanation the poor results with only trimetall. The column tests use trimetallic copper-iron-aluminum. It had same trend with batch experiment. The removal efficiency keep 98% in 7d with CT. But only 2d was though by DCM that was lose efficacy. The methods to immobilized electron mediators were best ways for mixing directly with silicone and combining PAC in four category. The best methods to mix directly with silicone that ratio of TMOS:methanol:TPPS was 1:6:0.33. The immobilized method of PAC could effective applied for CT and DCM. In particular reach saturation was the most effective. Compared the three electron mediators, the best of the three was vitamin B12, the second was TPPS, the worst was sodium phosphotungstic.
