本論文主要探討廢棄物中之重金屬成分在不同氣化條件下對產氣量與氣體分佈之影響,並添加CaO作為添加劑,討論CaO對產氣組成及重金屬截留之影響,主要以配製人工模擬生質物並添加CaO,在不同氣化操作條件下,評估CaO對於氣化之影響,作為廢棄物氣化程序操作之參考。過去CaO在不少研究中被當作添加劑,有提高H2產量的成效,也有文獻利用CaO在焚化中做為重金屬之吸附劑,因此本研究將CaO應用於氣化技術,探討其對氣化過程H2產量及重金屬截留之成效。研究結果顯示,當生質物中含有重金屬時,有助於氣化中H2的生成,在800 oC下H2產量可由9.38 mol%提高到17.53 mol%,但添加CaO後,若CaO沒有達到一定的濃度,便不會對氣化H2的產生量造成太大的成效。在重金屬截留方面,在800 oC時氣化產生之底渣(平均粒徑0.545 mm)中Pb、Cr、Cd重金屬截留量分別為0.49、0.46、0.23 mg/g,而添加CaO之底渣(平均粒徑0.545 mm)中Pb、Cr、Cd重金屬分佈分別為0.44、0.2、0.12 mg/g,雖然在主要分佈粒徑上的床質重金屬截留量差異不大,但其大粒徑(>0.545 mm)上之重金屬分佈Pb、Cr、Cd重金屬分別為11.517、11.93、6.23 mg/g,說明只要添加少量的CaO,這些CaO在反應過程中會逐漸團聚成較大顆粒,重金屬除了會吸附在床質中,大部分的重金屬也會吸附在這些大顆粒上,大幅提升床質重金屬的吸附效率。 The study investigates the effect of CaO on artificial waste gasification. It will offer as the operating on waste gasification process reference. The operating temperature, gas velocity and ER ratio were discussed . In previous studies, CaO has been used as adsorbent to control the heavy metal or to increase the productions of H2. So we estimate the influence CaO on gasification under various operational conditions. According to results, it is helpful to produce H2 when heavy metal contained in biomass. The yield of H2 is increased by 9.38 mol% to 17.53 mol% at 800 oC. As CaO was added, it didn’t affect H2 production significantly. Adding a small amount of CaO can adsorb a high quantity of heavy metals in the gasification process. The heavy metal concentrations of gasification bottom ash (average particle size of 0.545 mm) were 0.49, 0.46, 0.23 mg/g at 800 oC. When CaO was added in gasification process, the heavy metal concentrations of bottom ash (average particle size of 0.545 mm) were 0.44, 0.2, 0.12 mg/g. Although heavy metal concentration of the primary particle size is not high. But the concentrations of large size (>0.545 mm) were 11.52, 11.93, 6.23 mg/g. So the CaO exist in the waste, that increases the quantity of heavy metals in the silica sands, and it can also decrease the emission concentration of the heavy metals.
