摘要註:	綜觀我們的生活週遭上，處處都有扣件的蹤跡。如:汽車、腳踏車、手錶、手機、眼鏡等，看似小小不起眼的螺絲，卻與人類的文明發展有著息息相關的緊密結合。舉凡交通運輸、建築、傢俱、光電產業、能源及醫療產業皆有所使用。然而，隨著生活水準的提昇，使用扣件的機會愈來愈多，不同的用途，所使用的扣件材質、種類及特性也會有所變化。消費者對扣件品質的要求也日益提高。台灣扣件產業的出口產值已位居世界第二，台灣所生產的扣件幾乎遍佈地球上每一個地方，扣件對於現代人類生活已經是不可或缺的要件。本研究是以扣件的相關知識為主，包含材料、製程、用途及規範標準等架構藉由網站的方式呈現，試著讓使用者對於扣件有更進一步的瞭解。本知識庫也具有知識分享及更新之價值，不僅能幫助使用者瞭解扣件產品製程及產品特性，更提供進階人員一個實用的知識平台，互相交流分享資訊。操作介面相當簡易方便，隨時可以編修、擴充資訊，讓使用者能夠快速地擷取相關知識。 Fastener traces everywhere around our lives such as cars, bicycles, watches, cell phones, glasses what is related to the development of human civilization closely. That means the transportation, construction, furniture, optoelectronics, energy and healthcare industries are covered as well. This study is to establish a fastener related knowledge database including manufacturing processes, applications, inspection methods and specification standards that is helpful for understanding fastener. This knowledge database has the functions of sharing and updating because a website was setup. It can help users understand details about fastener. The website and database offer a simple operation interface. The author paid effort to establish a summarized knowledge platform as example for the fastener industry.
