企業的商業模式總是被總體環境所影響,並影響企業的獲利能力。家具代工製造業在當前這種變化莫測的經營環境裡,選擇或發展適合自己的商業模式已經成為興衰存亡的重要關鍵。在日益變遷的環境下,企業的商業模式必須保持與時俱進,才得以永續經營。本研究期望透過Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010)所主張的Business Model Canvas九大要素作為探討範疇,包括:客戶區隔、價值主張、通路、顧客關係、收入來源、關鍵資源、關鍵活動、關鍵伙伴以及成本結構,對個案公司進行現狀分析,並根據分析結果提出個案公司未來適合且可行性較高的創新商業模式與營運策略建議,以便提升其競爭優勢。經由本研究分析探討後發現,個案公司持續原有商業模式經營,還是可繼續在業界生存,但隨著目前代工製造產業環境日益變化,為了增加個案公司總體的收入來源,本研究認為個案公司在原有的商業模式下,以不增加太多的成本投入為原則,加入二種未來可行性較高的商業模式供個案公司參考。期望本研究結果能對個案公司與整體家具代工製造業者能有所助益,以期在面對即將而來的產業遽變時,能有系統的訂定有效的經營策略。 Business model of enterprise is always affected by the overall environment evolution then affect the profitability of firm. In the current operating environment of OEM furniture manufacturing, to select or develop their own business model has become the critical success factors. In an increasingly changing environment, the business model of firm must keep with the times to be sustainable. This research scope would aim to nine elements of business model canvas that advocated by Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010), that including customer segmentation, value proposition, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners and the cost structure, and analysis the situation in the case company, and according to the company's analyze results, we would make the proposal to enhance its competitive advantage by appropriate and feasible innovative business models and operational strategies .Through this research found that the case company could survive in the OEM furniture manufacturing industry by operating the existing business model, but with the current changing environment of OEM furniture manufacturing industry, in order to increase the company's overall revenue stream, this research suggestion would be followed the main principle that the case company under the original business model, and does not add huge cost inputs of the higher feasibility for adding two kinds of the business model for case company reference. The results of this research hope to be able to be helpful for overall Furniture OEM manufacturers to set an effective business operating strategy in systematic when they face their industry rapid change.
