摘要註:	企業資源規劃（Enterprise Resources Planning，ERP）系統已是現代企業不可或缺的資訊系統，透過企業資源規劃系統，企業可以在競爭激烈的全球性市場中站穩腳步、面對挑戰。過往的研究中顯示，企業導入企業資源規劃系統所費不貲、時間冗長、導入中又易超出預算或計畫日程，但是，對於企業資源規劃系統之績效指標，卻是眾說紛紜，各家學者對此部分並無一定標準的定論。由於國內外已有許多知名的資訊軟體公司，從幫顧客量身訂作ERP 系統軟體（即客製化）到統計、分享其最終的績效指標，已擁有相當豐富的導入經驗了，進而以軟體資訊技術開發出一套複雜而有系統的ERP套裝軟體，並將其依各產業不同的需求，拆解出不同的ERP 系統模組，可依顧客的需求來進行選擇購置使用。然而，在國內外更有許多文獻與學者在探討導入ERP 系統時，所需要考量的成功關鍵因素為何？甚至於具規模的資訊軟體公司，也都根據這些所謂的關鍵因素，建構了許多的評量標準、決策方式…等，但卻無法有效地針對海外地區的企業提供一套符合「少量多樣」之產業性質的評量指標。基於此，本研究以文獻研究法、個案研究，探討個案公司於導入ERP 系統的規劃與執行，研究之範圍為針對E個案公司從導入ERP 系統之前置作業、導入實施情況及正式上線後之維持與探討生產訂單計劃之落實、存貨管理之落實、託外加工之落實、生產活動之落實&會計科目之落實，使E公司於訂單、庫存、採購、製令與應收/應付等系統的導入、建立、使用與控制等活動之完善。評估個案公司從導入ERP 的各項管理系統後之實施情況及正式上線後之效益。盼可供日後越南相關業界在實施ERP系統時之範例參考。 The resource plan (Enterprise Resources Planning, ERP) system has already been a modern enterprise's indispensable information system ..Planning the system through enterprise resources, that enterprises can stand firm in the highly competitive global market, and facing the challenges.Exchanging the excess budget or time course while revealing, enterprises channelled into enterprise resources and planned the system take does not count, time is lengthy, channeling into passing research again, however,the opinions of planning the systematic performance indicator to enterprise resourcesare different , scholar does not have certain conclusion partly with this at every home.Because of this, this research probes into the case company in planning and executing a ERP system by the literature research law, case study, the range study, in order to be the homework that is put from channeling into ERP system to E case company, keeping producing the implementation that the order planned with the discussion after channeling into the performance and reaching the standard grade formally, implementation processed outside in implementation, support of inventory management, implementation which implements & accounting items of activity in production, it makes Company in order, stock E, purchase, make and should collect /systematic insertion of dealing with etc., set up, use and control….etc.Assessing the performance from every administrative system that is channeled into ERP of case company and benefit after reaching the standard grade formally. Wish that can be an example of Vietnam's relevant industry at the time of implementing ERP system in the future.
