    摘要註: 本研究針對臺灣市場的高性能門窗系統之消費與滿意度調查分析,研究之主要目的為探討不同人口統計變項對「高性能門窗系統」的認知程度、消費者接受度、消費選擇、使用滿意度等四部分藉由問卷進行調查分析,其中除認知程度部分是針對功能及意識兩個構面外,其餘消費者接受度、消費選擇、使用滿意度等部分皆分別再針對感觀價值、生活品質及功能特性等三項構面進行評量,本研究調查之對象為台灣南部地區一般民眾,實施問卷調查,委請各種可提供協助者代為發放問卷。發放問卷時,為不記名問卷,回收後有效問卷加以編碼及建檔,使用SPSS15.0統計軟體進行資料統計分析藉由所呈現之現象進行檢討剖析分述,本研究於文獻探討、次級資料蒐集及確立研究架構後,經由資料分析等程序,瞭解調查區域之高性能門窗系統之消費與滿意度情況。 This study is focused on the consumer pattern and satisfaction analysis for high-performance windows and doors system in Taiwan market. The main purpose is to explore the awareness levels, consumer acceptance, consumer choices and user satisfaction in different demographic area on "high performance windows and doors system" by using questionnaire survey analysis. In which, except the awareness level is based on the function and cognitive dimension; all others are based on sensational value, quality of life and features for assessment. The subject of this study is based on the residents in southern part of Taiwan. The implementation of the survey is commissioned by all possible assistance to dispatch the questionnaire, which is in anonymous. The valid questionnaires are collected and organized with coded and filing by using the statistical software SPSS15.0. This study is presented by conducting a review of the analysis of the phenomenon and collection of secondary data to establish the whole structure. After all data analysis, we can understand the consumer pattern as well as the consumer satisfaction in this specific area for the high-performance windows and doors system.
