    摘要註: 先進的資訊與通訊科技(Information and Communication Technology, ICT)使得與地理資訊系統(Geographical Information System, GIS)、全球導航系統(Global Positioning System, GPS)、多功能行動裝置和網路服務結合的適地性服務(Location-based Services, LBS)得以廣泛的發展。然而,結合GIS與GPS於行動廣告的適地性推薦服務,在文獻中並未多見。本研究論文整合GIS、GPS、LBS、行動廣告、情境感知以及推薦機制,發展一套適地性廣告推薦雛型系統(Location-based Advertising and Recommending System, LBARS),此系統是利用GPS定位技術來獲得使用者的地理資訊位置,然後再透過系統的運算,以推播的方式推薦在某一範圍的使用者在地相關的促銷廣告訊息。本研究論文並以廣告商家及3G用戶進行雛型系統的驗證與評估。驗證與評估結果主要有以下幾點:(一) LBARS 的有用性、易用性及正確性,都得到正面的評價,例如網頁介面直覺且易操作、APP介面容易操作、系統的「情境感知」考慮到距離與時間,並且以Top-N的方式呈現,可讓使用者清楚明瞭促銷廣告的列表;(二) 廣告商家主要建議有地圖介面增加導航功能及更多的情境感知之參數;(三) 3G用戶主要建議有更多廣告類別及加入關鍵字搜尋。本研究同時也提出研究發現及建議,供相關業者及研究者未來研究主題的參考。 The advent of advanced Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has been leading to the extensive applications of Location-based Services (LBS) that integrates the use of Geographical Information System (GIS) and Global Positioning System (GPS). The LBS provides service by using the multi-functional devices and network services. However, little research has paid limited attention to the use of LBS on the recommended advertising service. The current research thesis designs and develops a prototype system (Location-based Advertising and Recommending System, LBARS) that integrated the use of GIS、GPS、LBS、mobile advertising, situation-aware, and recommended system. By detecting the location of 3G users, the LBARS can provide the advertising messages via the computation of obtained information about location, time zone, and preferences. To validate and verify the LBARS, the research conducts an interview survey and obtain use comments and recommendations. Main results are (1) usefulness, ease of use, and correctness of the LBARS are positively acceptable, such as the interface is easy to operate, App interface is easy to use, and situation-aware of the system provide a message list using the top-N mechanism. (2) Advertisers comment and recommend that the map-based interface should add the navigation function and more parameters should be considered in the recommendation mechanism. (3) 3G users comment and recommend that there should be more advertisement types available and keyword searching should be considered. Research findings and suggestion are also addressed.
