摘要註:	壽山孕育豐富的地質地形景觀與動植物等生態資源。民國98年10月3規劃成立國家級壽山自然公園，以助於高雄地區生態、生產及生活等面向的永續發展，並大幅提升高雄市在國際自然資源保育角色之能見度。本研究之目的係為了解壽山國家自然公園之遊客背景、遊憩特性、前往的動機因素、遊客體驗特性、遊憩滿意程度及行為意向，及探討前往的動機因素、滿意度及行為意向之間的關係。本研究採便利抽樣方式，針對壽山國家自然公園之遊客進行問卷調查，共發放495份問卷，得有效問卷為480份，回收率為96.97%。研究結果發現受訪遊客以男性居多、年齡以50-59歲比例最多、職業以服務業為最多、教育程度以大學為最多、個人月收入以兩萬元以下為最多、居住地以高雄為最多。不同的遊憩動機集群在整體滿意度、推薦意願及重遊意願上達顯著性差異。動機與整體滿意度呈正相關，動機與行為意向呈正相關，且整體滿意度與行為意向亦呈正相關。 Shoushan area contains rich ecological resources such as ecological and topographic landscape and animals and vegetables. On October 03, 2009, it was planned and named as Shoushan National Nature Park to facilitate the sustaining development in ecological, production and living aspects for the Kaohsiung District, in the meantime, it can greatly enhance the visibility of Kaohsiung City in the role of the preservation of international natural resource. The main objective of this research is to understand the tourist's demographical characteristic, tourism characteristic for Shoushan National Nature Park, the motive factor for the tourist to go to the park, tourist's experiencing characteristic, tourist's level of satisfaction and behavior intention, in the meantime, the correlation among the motive factor for the tourist to go to the park, level of satisfaction and behavior intention will also be investigated. In this research, convenience sampling method was adopted to make questionnaire survey on the tourists of Shoushan National Nature Park. A total of 495 questionnaires was delivered, and received 480 valid questionnaires was received, the response rate is 96.97%. From the research results, it was found that the tourists are mostly males with ages in the range 50-59 years old, for the occupation, service industry occupies the highest percentage, for the educational level, BA degree occupies the highest percentage, for the personal income, the highest percentage is below 20 thousand NT dollars, and for the residence place, Kaohsiung is in the highest percentage. Different tourism motive shows significant difference with clustering in total satisfaction, willingness to recommend to others and willingness to re-visit. Moreover, positive correlation was seen between the motive and the total satisfaction, between the motive and behavior intention and between the total satisfaction and behavior intention as well.
