    摘要註: 本研究主要探討添加鹼金屬(Na)及不同鈣化合物於廢棄物進料中,對流體化床之結塊去流體化、產氣效率及重金屬分佈的影響,研究結果發現進料中含重金屬(Cd、Pb、Cr)有提升氫氣產量的效果,在800 ℃下H2產量由8.42 mol%提升到9.59 mol%,當添加Na於廢棄物進料中時,會使的床質的結塊進而造成去流體化的發生,而添加Na亦有提升產氫量之效果,在800 ℃下H2產量由9.59 mol%提升到9.91 mol%。另一方面探討添加鈣化合物於氣化過程中延緩去流體化之能力,實驗結果發現硝酸鈣對於延緩結塊發生的效果最佳,而添加鈣化合物對於氣化效果亦有提升產氫量的效果,在800 ℃下H2產量由9.59 mol%提升到最高14.29 mol% (硝酸鈣:11.99 mol%、氧化鈣:12.44 mol%、碳酸鈣:14.29 mol% )。在研究重金屬分佈方面,發現底渣中的重金屬主要分佈在粒徑大於1.00 mm的熔融結塊物中以及粒徑小於0.390 mm的底渣中,最佳重金屬之截留比為添加硝酸鈣在700 ℃下Cd:6.15%、Pb:39.86%、Cr:52.47%。 This study studies the effects of adding Na and different calcium compounds on agglomeration/defluidization, gasification efficiency and heavy metal distribution during fluidized gasification. The result indicates that when artificial waste contains Cd, Pb and Cr, the generation of H2 will be increased during gasification process and the yield of H2 generates from 8.42 mol% to 9.59 mol% at 800 ℃. Moreover, an agglomeration of bed material will be formed and also increase the yield of H2 when adding Na into the artificial waste. The yield of H2 generates from 9.59 mol% to 9.91 mol% at 800 ℃.Additionally, the Ca(NO3)2 has the best efficiency to inhibit the agglomeration/defluidization. Adding Ca compounds also increases H2 generation. The yield of H2 generates from 9.59 mol% to 14.29 mol% at 800 ℃. (Ca(NO3)2: 11.99 mol%, CaO:12.44 mol%, CaCO3:14.29 mol%) For the distribution of heavy metal substances, heavy metal distributes in coarse particle (>1.00 mm) and small particle (<0.39 mm) after agglomeration/defluidization. The best conditions of interception percentage of the heavy metal substances is adding Ca(NO3)2 at 700 ℃.On the distributions of heavy metal substances, there will be mostly the agglomerations of the melt flow whose particle size is larger than 1.00mm and smaller than 0.390mm at the bottom. And we found that the best retention percentage of the heavy substances to add Ca(NO3)2 when the temperature at 700 ℃ are Cd:6.15%, Pb:39.86%, Cr:52.47%.
