    摘要註: 台灣位於歐亞大陸板塊與菲律賓海板塊擠壓帶,地形上多山,地質條件複雜;且年雨量豐沛,每逢颱風季節即有豪雨侵襲,地滑崩塌事件常伴隨發生,加上位在環太平洋地震帶上,地震活動頻繁,地震的動力作用亦常使地質更加破碎,邊坡之穩定度因而下降。震後的降雨常造成大規模的坡地災害,造成人民生命安全的危害及經濟的損失。在台灣過去的坡地災害史中,坡地災害的發生頻度,常於大地震後明顯增高;目前學術界對於地震事件與震後邊坡穩定度的影響了解有限,尤其是對地震強度與震後誘發崩塌降雨門檻值及崩塌規模之相關性更缺乏足夠的數據及系統分析,因此研究地震強度對震後邊坡穩定度的影響對於坡地災害防治具有重要意義。有別於傳統小尺寸模型試體無法真實模擬原型應力場之限制,本研究利用自主研發之高性能水文環境試驗箱結合地工離心機及振動台進行邊坡模型試驗,以靜態與動態試驗方法探討邊坡受震前後,因降雨入滲而導致崩塌之臨界降雨量與崩塌規模之變異,以瞭解振動對邊坡穩定度的影響及崩塌模式的改變。 Taiwan is an island with abundant of rainfall. The torrential rainfall accompanied with typhoons frequently causes the rise of groundwater level, the increase of slope soil moisture and the pore water pressure so as to degrade the slope stability. Moreover, for the location of Taiwan as in the Circum-Pacific Seismic Belt, there are frequent earthquakes in the island. The dynamic effects caused by earthquakes also degrade the slope stability. Therefore, slopeland disasters often occur in Taiwan and result in the loss of lives and economic damage. Based on the aforementioned reasons, research to integrate the effects of hydrological, physiographic and seismic factors on slope instability is very important. Different from the traditional limited stress scale studies, on the basis of the achievements of previous modeling tests, this research is going to utilize the self-developed hydrological environment testing box for slope model tests on the geotechnical centrifuge and shaking table. The test results will be analyzed to investigate the relationship between hydrological, physiographic and seismic activities and slope failures and the failing behavior and mechanism for dip-slope, so as to build a quantified model and related indices for the use of slopeland disaster pre-warning.
