觀察一國的經濟發展模式,可知國家經濟發展體系在邁向成熟的過程中,必然經歷一級的農業到二級的製造業再到三級的服務業等階段。若從我國整體製造業附加價值的表現進行分析,雖然我國製造業的產值皆呈現持續成長的跡象,但在附加價值的絕對金額中,顯現出我國製造業附加價值率大致呈現下滑的趨勢。再加上知識經濟來臨衝擊與全球化競爭趨勢,使得製造業必須開始思索,開拓新型態的營運模式,以面對產業環境的變化與困境。本研究是以工具機產業的H公司為研究對象,對其過去與現在所交貨之主要客戶做為問卷發放的對象。針對回收的22份問卷,作重要度與績效度的差異化比較,並根據重要度與績效度的IPA分析與區別分析結果,作為提供H公司導入製造業服務化的服務模式參考運用。根據本研究IPA分析結果發現,H公司所提供的服務化模式在研發設計及生產製造的品質管理上讓客戶感到滿意,因此H公司針對這些服務項目必須繼續保持下去,未來將會吸引更多的客戶合作及購買。而區別分析結果顯示,以「研發設計的共同平台服務」的服務模式,就現階段的績效顯示將是最佳選擇。 To observation the economic development model of Advanced Countries to Emerging Countries, it must go through from agriculture of first level to manufacturing of secondary level, then to the services industries of third level according to the economic development system during the process of maturing. To analysis the added value of the whole Taiwan manufacturing industries performances, while the production value of the manufacturing sector in Taiwan is showing signs of sustained growth, but in the absolute amount of added value, it generally showed a downward trend. Even more the impacts and trends in global competition, manufacturing industries group must start thinking about the new business model to face changes in the industrial environment and difficulties markets. This study is based on H company of Machine Tools industry, issued the questionnaires to the past and present major clients. According the 22 recycled questionnaire, comparative the different between the importance and performance. Referring to the IPA analysis and Discriminant analysis result, it will be given a suggestion of the service model for H Company to introduce into the Manufacturing Servitization.According to the result of IPA analysis, customers feel satisfactory of the services of H Company “Research and Design” and "Quality Management of Production Manufacturing". Therefore, it will attract more customers to keep business relationship if H Company keep up and focus on these two services. According to the result of Discriminant analysis, it shows that service model of "Joint Platform of Research and Design" will be the best choice for H Company to introduce into the new business model of Servitization of Manufacturing.
