本研究以個案研究方式,探討高績效工作系統、組織文化、組織承諾、及組織公民行為之關係。本研究針對F螺絲公司之各部門員工以及相關主管為主要研究對象,共發出98份問卷,有效回收81份問卷,回收率為82.65%,就有效回收之樣本資料進行分析。分析結果顯示:高績效工作系統與組織公民行為間具有正向關係;高績效工作系統與組織承諾間具有正向關係;組織承諾對高績效工作系統與組織公民行為間具有中介效果;組織承諾與組織公民行為間具有正向關係;組織文化與組織承諾間具有正向關係;組織文化與組織公民行為間具有正向關係。最後依研究結論提出建議供實務界做為參考。 This study explores the relationship among high performance work system, organizational culture, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. A questionnaire survey is adopted in this study. 81 valid questionnaires have been collected with 82.65% response rate from F screw company. Analytical tools including descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, factor analysis and hierarchical regression analysis are used in this study. The result shows as below. The findings expects to have theoretical and practical implications for F screw company and other related industry.• High performance work system is positively correlated with organizational citizenship behavior.• High performance work system is positively correlated with organizational commitment.• Organizational commitment is positively correlated with organizational citizenship behavior.• Organizational culture is positively correlated with organizational commitment.• Organizational culture is positively correlated with organizational citizenship behavior.
