    摘要註: 因應產業環境快速變遷及商業模式的轉變,在企業與企業之間不但要建立緊密的合作關係,以提升產能降低成本,對於製造業和供應商來說也是一樣的,過去研究多從單純的合作關係來探討相關的供應鏈績效,而本研究則是採用競合模式中的三大影響要素,資源相似性、資源互補性以及市場共同性來探討製造商和供應商之間的競合關係,更結合了交易特性和交易成本的調節作用來探討競合關係對供應商績效之影響。本研究以2013年天下雜誌評比前700大製造業大廠以及部分的台灣中小製造業為對象,並以問卷調查法蒐集資料,採迴歸分析和階層式迴歸分析驗證假說。研究結果發現,市場共同性在供應商和製造商這種關係中,會提升部分的供應商績效;另外也發現交易成本越高的情況下不但會使供應商績效下降,還會對競合模式中的資源相似性有反向調節之作用,也就是當交易成本越高時會降低供應商績效的提升程度。實務方面建議未來台灣製造業在要提高供應商績效的情況下,選擇共同市場、交易成本低的供應商可以得到最佳的供應商績效,致使提升供應鏈中整體的績效表現。 In respond to the rapid change of industrial environment and the transformation of business model, the enterprises need to establish close cooperation relationship among them so as to enhance production capability and reduce costs, so do the manufacturing industry and supplier. Most of the past studies explored supply chain performance simply from cooperation relationship. However, this study took resource similarity, resource complementary and market commonality within co-opetition to investigate the co-opetition relationship between manufacturers and suppliers. This study also combined the moderating effect of transaction attributes and transaction cost to explore the impact of co-opetition relationship on suppliers’ performance. This study took the top 700 manufacturers evaluated by Common Wealth Magazine in 2013 as the targets as well as part of Taiwan’s small and medium manufacturing, used questionnaire to collect the data and adopted regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The result showed that, in the relationship between suppliers and manufacturers, market commonality will enhance part of the suppliers’ performance. In addition, its also found that, under the circumstances of higher transaction cost, it will not only make suppliers’ performance decline but also have the effect of reverse moderating effect to the resource similarity in co-opetition, meaning that, when transaction cost is higher, it will decrease the enhancement degree of suppliers’ performance. As for the practical suggestions, it is suggested that, under the condition of enhancing suppliers’ performance, the manufacturing in Taiwan choose the suppliers of common market and low transaction cost so as to obtain the best supplier performance, improving the overall performance in supply chain.
