    摘要註: 台灣的食品機械產業已建立完整的產業垂直生產供應鏈,從金屬材料、機械加工、機電控制到電腦控制系統,擁有優異的品質技術,與先進國家相比更擁有適中的價格優勢。近年為因應國內對食品機械設備需求的減少,食品機械業者們紛紛將經營重心轉移到海外市場,而新興國家食品加工市場目前正處於快速起飛發展階段,當地自製設備尚未發達而急需向其他國家購買設備,此為台灣食品機械業創造了順勢發展的良機。 本研究以我國食品機械業潛在市場─中國、越南、泰國、馬來西亞、印尼、印度等國家做為研究主軸,分析我國食品機械業在亞太地區潛在市場的競爭力比較。本研究藉由文獻次級資料的收集,深入探討台灣、亞太地區食品機械業的概況,利用波特鑽石理論模式,分析台灣食品機械業在亞太市場的國家競爭力,並輔以SWOT分析,分析台灣食品機械業與亞太地區的競爭對手國的競爭力比較,同時找出T公司在食品機械業的競爭優、劣勢,市場的威脅及機會;再藉由深度訪談,經與T公司潛在新進入者、供應商、購買者、現有廠商等訪談結果進行五力產業架構分析。本研究獲得以下結論:1.台灣食品機械業目前在亞太市場仍具有競爭力;2.T公司目前營運上處於產業中相對有利競爭性地位及穩健獲利環境。 The food machinery industry in Taiwan has established a complete industrial vertical production supply chain. From metal materials, machining process and mechatronic control to computer control system, it possesses excellent quality technology, and has moderate price advantage compared with that of advanced countries. In respond to the domestic decreasing demand for food machinery equipment in recent years, the food machinery manufacturers gradually shift their business focuses to the overseas market. Also, the food processing market in the emerging countries currently witnesses their rapid development. However, the local homemade equipment is still not yet well-developed and they are in urgent need to purchase the equipment from other countries. Therefore, this creates a good opportunity for Taiwan’s food machinery industry.This study took the potential markets of Taiwan’s food machinery industry – China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and India – as the research focus to analyze the competitiveness comparison of Taiwan’s food machinery industry in the potential markets of Asia-Pacific region. Through collecting the literature of secondary data, this study goes deep into investigating the overview of the food machinery industry in Taiwan and Asia-Pacific region. This study also took Michael Porter’s Diamond Model to analyze the national competitiveness of Taiwan’s food machinery industry in Asia-Pacific market. In addition, the SWOT analysis is utilized to analyze the competitiveness comparison of Taiwan’s food machinery industry as well as her rivals in Asia-Pacific region. At the same time, the competitive advantage and disadvantage in food machinery industry and market’s threats and opportunity of T Company are figured out. Then, via in-depth interview, this study conducted five forces Model based on the interview results of T Company’s potential new entrants, suppliers, buyers and existing manufacturers. The results of this study are as follows: 1) the food machinery industry in Taiwan still currently possesses competitiveness in Asia-Pacific market; and 2) in operation, T Company is in its relatively favorable competitive position and steady-profitable environment in the industry.
